06:22Signal number 1 in the remote parts of Ilocos Norte,

06:26Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Apayaw, Calinga, Abra, Mountain Province, Ifugao, and Benguet.

06:34Also in the remaining parts of Mainland Cagayan,

06:37Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Northern portion of Aurora, and Northern portion of Nueva Ecija.

06:45Aside from the places with wind signals,

06:47it is still dangerous for sea vehicles to cross the waters of Batanes,

06:54Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Norte, and some provinces of Ilocos Sur.

07:00The storm surge is still ongoing.

07:04According to the forecast, some coastal areas of Batanes and Cagayan are affected.

07:09Residents are being advised to evacuate and to avoid any activities in the town.

07:14The last sighting of the super typhoon 205 kilometers west of Itbayat, Batanes.

07:21It has a strong wind that is up to 185 kilometers per hour, but it moves very slowly.

07:29From tomorrow, the super typhoon Hulian will curve,

07:33and it will hit Taiwan until it landfalls in the morning or afternoon.
