00:00Dead on the spot when a young woman fell from the tricycle.

00:08She was in the wheel of a passenger car after she got stuck in the tricycle.

00:13Three other passengers were injured, including the driver, his live-in partner, and one of their children.

00:20This is a heavy scene.

00:22It all happened after a passenger car hit a dump truck carrying sand.

00:29We were patrolling and we received a report that there was an accident before the tricycle arrived.

00:37We responded and we arrived there.

00:40A child was lying on the ground, dead.

00:44The driver was on the side.

00:47Four of them were lying on the ground.

00:48One of them was stuck in the motorcycle.

00:50The tricycle was broken and damaged.

00:52The victims were injured.

00:54The driver's family was riding a tricycle.

00:56One of their passengers, a girl, was lying on the ground.

01:01The victim was the daughter of the tricycle driver.

01:07The accident happened at the boundary of Bulacan and Pampanga.

01:11According to the truck's driver,

01:13he was about to enter Bulacan when the tricycle's U-turn started.

01:18He was shocked by what happened and he couldn't stop the tricycle's driver.

01:23I asked for a dispense from them.

01:26It was an accident.

01:27I didn't want it to happen again.

01:29The victims were also injured.

01:31According to the official of Pulong, Palasa,

01:34the area is really accident-prone.

01:37It was on the side of the road.

01:40That's why there were a lot of accidents.

01:42But there are enough signboards as a reminder to the motorists.

01:47Be careful on the road.
