00:00A super typhoon has just hit Baguio, Hulian.

00:03It is expected to come out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility,

00:06but it will also enter the country.

00:19last night, the center of the eye of Baguio, Hulian,

00:24205 kilometers away, is the Canduran of Itbayat, Batanes.

00:28This is a super typhoon with a strong wind that is close to the center,

00:31reaching 185 kilometers per hour,

00:34and when it opens, it reaches 230 kilometers per hour.

00:37Currently, it is moving slowly, west-northwestward,

00:40and we expect that in the next few days, it will slowly move away from our land.

00:46As of 5 a.m. today, the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 has risen

00:50in the area of Batanes, Loboyan Islands,

00:53northern portion of Ilocos Norte,

00:55and in the northwestern portion of Milan, Cagayan.

00:57Signal No. 1 here in the rest of Ilocos Norte,

00:59Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Apayao,

01:02Calinga, Abra, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet,

01:06rest of Minang Cagayan, Isabela,

01:08Quirinon, Nueva Vizcaya, northern portion of Aurora,

01:11and in the northern portion of Nueva Ecija.

01:13In these areas, especially areas under Wind Signal No. 2,

01:17let's be prepared for the strong winds brought by the Tropical Cyclone Hulian.

01:21This storm will still cause strong rains

01:25For the next 24 hours,

01:26most of the northern part of the Luzon will still be affected.

01:29As for the areas in the extreme northern part of the Luzon,

01:30let's hope that the intense to torrential rains will still be possible that day,

01:35so let's be prepared and alert to the dangers of flooding and landslides

01:39because we hope that the rain that we will experience will continue.

01:44In the area of the central Luzon,

01:45the chances of flooding will still be possible.

01:48You will be accompanied by heavy rains, flooding and landslides.

01:51Meanwhile, for Metro Manila and the rest of the country,

01:54it is more likely that the chances of thunderstorms throughout the day will still be possible.

02:01there is currently a gale warning in the northern and western seaboards of the northern Luzon.
