Palmer put on a show with four goals against Brighton, but is he the 'best player in the Premier League'?

00:00I just moved to Chelsea to play football and yeah the goals come with it.

00:07When my team look for me I try and produce in big moments.

00:31So it's good that he continues to be hungry, ambitious.

00:34He's a simple guy, he's a humble guy and this is, for me, the most important thing.

00:41Today in football, young players, they change very quick.

00:44They score one goal and they think that they are already, you know.

00:48And Cole, he scored many goals, many assists, he's a top player but he never changes.

00:52And this is the most important thing.

01:04He can play as a fake nine, he can play as a nine, he can play as a winger,

01:08he can play in the pocket in the way he's playing now.

01:11He can play in different positions because he's so good.

01:14I've been around him at tournaments, when we won the Euros, we won the U21s

01:17and he's just a lover of the game, loves football.

01:20Certainly always wants to improve and better his game.

01:22Always willing to learn and listen to the coaches.

01:26And again, very easy to integrate into teams.

01:29The only thing I can say is that Cole, inside the pitch, is where he's best.

01:34I didn't have any doubts about his quality.

01:37Apart of the stats, the way he's playing, he's a star player.

01:43So he's already an exceptional, exceptional player.

01:47He moved on, took out the minutes that he had and it just was a question of time

01:52and he showed his immense quality.

01:54He enjoys and loves football, he's always in the same way

01:57and this is something fantastic for him.
