A man spent £10k transforming a static caravan into a log cabin in just four months.
Benn Berkeley, 38, lost all his work prospects as a freelance film-maker in 2020 due to the pandemic.
At the time, he was living in a house share spending £500-a-month on rent but realised he wanted a different lifestyle.
In August 2020, his brother took over a farm which had a static caravan on and asked Benn if he wanted it.
Benn leaped at the opportunity despite admitting it was a "fixer-upper" and started working on gutting out the caravan in September 2020.
Since then, he had transformed it into a off-grid log cabin in four months - spending £10k on the renovation.
Benn said he did everything apart from the electrics and plumbing himself after learning everything on YouTube.

00:06in life. I used to work a lot because that's what I was taught to do. You need to work
00:12to earn money to pay your bills and if you're not doing that you're not successful. It wasn't
00:17until the global pandemic where I lost all my work that I needed to reduce my outgoings.
00:23So we decided to do up this static home. Since then, a lot has changed. Our outgoings
00:31have reduced dramatically, which means we don't have as many bills to pay. That means
00:38we don't have to work as much. Because we don't have to work as much, we've got more
00:41time. Because we've got more time, we can do more things that we really want to do,
00:48which means we're less stressed, healthier and happier for it. And in my mind, the simple
00:56life is the best life.

01:37the part... The cabin is 44 foot long, that's about 13 metres or so. And it's about 10 foot
