00:25in the canton of Carlos Palanca Street and Quezon Boulevard in Quiapo, Manila.

00:30Later, a rider arrived.

00:33A tarpaulin was hidden in the area that was captured by CCTV.

00:37But a few people noticed him and he suddenly ran away.

00:41At that point, the 50-year-old vendor was shot in the head.

00:46He was dead on the spot.

00:48His mother was lying on the floor.

00:51He was bleeding. He was dead.

00:56A gunshot was heard by several witnesses, vendors and a tricycle driver.
