• ⁠Green chilli paste : 4 tbsp
• ⁠Star anise : 5 - 6
• ⁠Cumin seeds : 1 tbsp
• ⁠Cloves: half tbsp
• ⁠Whole papper: 1 tbsp
• ⁠Green cardamom: 4 - 5
• ⁠Black cardamom: 4 - 5
• ⁠Cinnamon sticks: 3
• ⁠Salt : half tbsp )
• ⁠Tomato puri: 200 gm
• ⁠Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
• ⁠Now add Chicken

•| STEP:03 ( Boiled rice )
• Water
• ⁠Cloves: 3 -4
• ⁠Star anise : 2
• ⁠Cinnamon sticks: 3-4
• ⁠Black cardamom: 2
• ⁠Salt: 2 tbsp
• ⁠Oil: 2 tbsp
• ⁠Zafrani kavra : half tbsp
• ⁠Rice: 1 and half kg

•| STEP: 04
• Mint leafs: 1 handful
• ⁠Coriander leafs: 1 handful
• ⁠Green chilli: 8-10
• ⁠Curry leafs: 5-6
• ⁠Lemon: 2-3
• ⁠Whole chilli: 4-5
• ⁠Plums : 8-10
• ⁠Pomegranate seeds: 1 and half tbsp
• ⁠Ghee: half cup

00:08You must have seen Matka Biryani made on Gorilla, but today we are going to make Matka Biryani on a normal flame

00:20So friends, we have kept the pot on the flame and we will put 2 cups of Ghee in it

00:29So we will heat the Ghee and after heating it, you can see here that I have taken 250 grams of Onions

00:37While it is being sautéed, we will add spices to the chicken
00:42So here you can see I have taken 2 kg of Chicken and 1.5 kg of Rice
00:47So I have taken about 350 grams of Yogurt in it

00:56They are making White Biryani, so I have taken about 4 tablespoons
01:00So here you can see I have Garam Masala in which 5-6 Peas, 1 tablespoon of Cumin, about half a tablespoon of Cloves
01:08And 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper, 4-5 Green Cardamom and Black Cardamom
