00:15rabies is a zoonotic viral disease
00:18that affects the central nervous system.

00:2299% of rabies cases are found in dogs.
00:28So, World Rabies Day,
00:30remind your loved ones
00:31if a rabies-infected animal bites or scratches you,
00:36don't hesitate to go to the nearest hospital
00:39or animal bite center
00:41to get vaccinated against rabies.
00:45Also, be responsible for your pets.
00:49And make sure they are also vaccinated.
00:54When it comes to rabies,
00:56it's important to get vaccinated
00:58in order to avoid the danger of rabies.

01:05According to the Global Cancer Observatory in 2022,
01:08prostate cancer is the third most common cancer
01:11in men in the Philippines.
01:15Prostate cancer is developed in the prostate gland,
01:18which is responsible for the production of fluid
01:20that is part of the semen.
01:23Some of the symptoms of prostate cancer
01:25are frequent urination,
01:27difficulty in urinating,
01:29blood in the urethra or semen,
01:31stomach pain,
01:33nausea,
01:34and painful ejaculation.
01:37That's why specialists are advised
01:39for men aged 50 to 70
01:42to undergo screening to avoid late detection.

01:58Alzheimer's disease is a type of dementia

02:18in this Awareness Week of September 21 to 25,
02:21the Department of Health reminds
02:23that brain health is important.
02:25Make sure to exercise regularly
02:27and eat healthy.
02:30Avoid smoking,
02:32drinking alcohol,
02:33and drugs
02:34to ensure our brain health
02:37until we grow old.
