Nga: Japan, Singapore are clean, why not Malaysia

During the Malaysia Cleanup Day event at Central Market in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday (Sept 28), Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming challenged Malaysians to emulate Japan and Singapore by maintaining cleanliness and making it their own tradition.
