Malaysia Cleanup Day set to draw 50,000 participants and break three records
The country is organising the Malaysia Cleanup Day nationwide on Sept 28, involving more than 50,000 individuals and 156 local authorities.
As part of the event, the government also launched a campaign that will see retail chains nationwide stop providing single-use plastic bags to customers from Oct 1.
