00:00Hi, we're Tia Ollies. Hi, we're Tia Ollies Tex-Mex. Yeah, and this is our food trail. Our best seller
00:06is beef nachos, but we have an array of different Tex-Mex treats. So we've got
00:14like street tacos, Mexican street corn, quesadillas, which everybody lovingly pronounces
00:20quesadillas, and Texas twister fries. Nothing, nothing too spicy. We started in April. We
00:32launched around the same time and we've been here pretty much every weekend since then.
00:38And we also have participated in a couple of pop-up events around the island. We've applied
00:43for a couple of different Christmas markets. We're waiting to hear back from that, but as long as the
00:48Meng's weather holds out, we're down. We've heard really good feedback during the TT. We actually
00:54had a lot of visitors over that had high praise about our queso. They were missing queso from
01:02home. We had a lot of American visitors too that were like, oh my gosh, you know, I came all the
01:08way to the Isle of Man for Tex-Mex. I love the carnita tacos. It's very my favorite. That's a
01:15slow-cooked pork. It's a citrusy flavor in a hand-rolled tortilla. God, what? How do I? It's
01:22like picking your favorite child. Like, I like our Texas twister fries. We've been having to get
01:30creative with, I guess, our different, our different recipes and a lot of the things that
01:37people were saying that we were missing was like, where's your chips? Where's your chips? And I was
01:41like, I don't, a little bit of lost in translation because I'm still like handing everybody like a
01:47bag of tortilla chips and they're like, no, we want fries. So that's been kind of a favorite,
01:54a new favorite of mine.
