00:37According to the Statement of Facts, Noor Rafida misused cheques from the school,
00:42totaling over 15,000 ringgit in 2020, despite the documents containing false information.
00:49She submitted ten payment vouchers with inaccurate details for supply and service
00:55work at the school to her daughter's company, Amyeliana Enterprise.
01:00The offences were committed at a bank in Bukit Baru in Malacca from October 19 to November 23,
01:072020. The prosecution was led by Deputy Public Prosecutor Fatin Noor Athira Zainuddin from the
01:15Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, MACC, while Noor Rafida was unrepresented.
01:21The court imposed a fine of 2,000 ringgit for each offence,
01:25or in default, a 30-month jail sentence. Noor Rafida subsequently paid the fine.
