A real estate company director was charged at a Taiping Sessions Court on Friday (Jan 24) with five counts of criminal breach of trust involving company funds worth RM551,130.
51-year-old Lee Hyen Sip @ Simon, pleaded not guilty to the charges under Section 409 of the Penal Code before Sessions Court Judge Nabisha Ibrahim.

00:26Lee, as an agent director of Pasti Tunai Jaya Sendirian Berhad, who was entrusted with
00:31the company's funds in its bank account, is alleged to have dishonestly committed the
00:36offence by misusing the company's funds at a May Bank branch in Kamunting, which was
00:41used to transfer funds to accounts belonging to Maju Bosku Sendirian Berhad, Aneka Mega
00:46Sendirian Berhad and Lohsher Huey, and to his own account.
00:51Lee also claimed trial to five optional charges for the same act under Section 403 of the
00:57Penal Code.
00:58The court set bail at R50,000 for the five charges with one surety and set Feb. 17 for
01:04full submission of the documents.
01:07Earlier, it was reported that a man with a Datuk title had been remanded at a Taiping
01:12Magistrates Court on Jan. 21 for allegedly committing CBT.
