00:00Police Brigadier General Nicolás Torre III was appointed as the acting director of the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group or CIDG.
00:12Before this, Torre served as the chief of Davao Region Police Chief where he led the operation in the KOJC compound
00:22to investigate the warrant of arrest against the KOJC leader, Apollo Quibuloy, and other members accused of child and sexual abuse and qualified human trafficking.
00:34Police Brigadier General Leon Victor Rosetti will serve as the acting regional director of Police Regional Office 11, which was appointed by Torre.
00:47Torre is expected to be the chief of the PNP Civil Security Group.
00:51Police Major General Leo Francisco is expected to replace Torre.
