Rutherglen studmaster Whippy Dawes said the sale went well with sheep going to the normal clients spread between Corrigin and Boyup Brook.

00:00We put up a lot of good sheep for sale. Obviously clients got the number of sheep they needed and
00:04there was a few leftovers but I think under the climate it is now I think we've done pretty well
00:08really. And the sheep they've gone right throughout the wheat belt? Yeah they've spread out to normal
00:12clients. They've bought them from up at Corrigan right down to Boy Up Brook. Low maintenance sheep
00:16that don't have troubles for our clients that spend more time doing what they want to do instead
00:21of trying to keep their sheep alive. And how do you feel about the sheep industry at the moment?
00:26I think we're all a bit lost and bewildered. We can fight with the weather but when the
00:31government starts fighting you and cheating on a few things well then it's quite hard to win isn't it?
