Transcript
00:00Hi, my name is Norrie Porter. I'm the Secretary of the Shrewsbury and West Shropshire branch
00:06of the Campaign for Real Ale and the Deputy Organiser of Shrewsbury Beer Festival which
00:12is taking place here from the 25th to the 28th of September in the absolutely beautiful
00:19Church of St Mary the Virgin in the centre of Shrewsbury. We will have 100 plus beers
00:28and ciders, gins, rums, vodka, country wines, all sorts of drinks so that when people come
00:38as a whole group there's something for all of them to do. But as well as coming here
00:43to do the drinking we would like you to come and have a look at the wonderful stained glass
00:49that there is in this church. Actually there's a beautiful floor and ceiling too but you
00:53can see the Jesse window behind me which is a triumph of English 15th century stained
01:00glass making. So that's all round the church, you can come and have a look at those. So
01:05we would love to see you here from Wednesday to Saturday of the coming week and what we'd
01:10like to do when you come is to raise a glass and go Cheers!
