00:04She will not be transferred to Pasig City Jail Female Dormitory tonight,

00:10according to the spokesman of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology of BJMP.

00:15The required documents are insufficient for Guo to be transferred.

00:31Sandra, Dismissed Mayor Alice Guo will be transferred to Pasig City Jail Female Dormitory tonight from the Custodial Facility of Camp Kame.

00:46According to BJMP Spokesperson Superintendent J-Rex Bustinera,

00:51PNP Spokesperson Colonel Jean Fajardo called to say that Guo will not be transferred to the detention center.

00:58The documentary requirements including the medical results of the X-ray and other things are insufficient to ensure that Guo is fit.

01:06It is also possible that Guo will not be transferred this weekend because her requirements need to be confirmed again.

01:14The cell that was prepared for Alice Guo is on the fourth floor of Pasig City Jail Female Dormitory.

01:21The cell should be a pangsyam, but there are more than 40 PDLs.

02:24The case of Guo's misuse of his position as mayor was brought to light to give permits to illegal smugglers in Bamban, Tarlac.

02:32Guo visited the Valenzuela Hall of Justice earlier in the day wearing a helmet and a vest.

02:38However, the court did not proceed with the hearing because of the motion to quash information

02:43that was filed by Guo's camp in the court in Tarlac, where the case was first filed.

02:49Judge Elena Amigo Amano will submit the opposite side of the position paper until Wednesday regarding Guo's motion.

02:56She also issued a decision to remain in the Valenzuela City Jail while waiting for his arraignment.

03:03When the defense said that Guo will be sentenced, the prosecution motioned that his bail should be quadrupled or times four.

03:11The prosecution's point of view is that Guo is capable of leaving the country, that's why he was caught in Indonesia.

03:17The court also tripled Guo's bail.

03:21He was fined P540,000 for the graft, but in the end, he was still not released.

03:29The CIDG, the standby unit, entered and served the warrant of arrest of RTC Pasig.
