00:04Despite the allegation that she is not a Filipino,

00:07Guo will run again as the Mayor of Bambantarlac.

00:11She is being investigated by the Justice Department.

00:30Even if she is being disqualified due to technicalities,

00:33Atty. David said, this is not final yet and there are still many processes to go through.

00:37There are no decisions of the courts as of now that she is not a Filipino.

00:43How will she decide if she is qualified or not?

00:46Because the Ombudsman ruling is not final yet.

00:52And there is still a Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.

00:56The Comelec will still accept Guo's Certificate of Candidacy.

01:33who is running for his re-election.

01:35And the former councillor Rodolfo Rudy Escoto.

01:39Today, Guo's Philippine passport was completely cancelled.

01:44The Department of Foreign Affairs explained that

01:46the passport was fraudulently acquired

01:50Especially according to DOJ and NBI,

01:52Guo's biometrics matched the passport database

01:55and biometrics in the NBI files of Guo Huaping.

01:58That is why Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulia

02:01is studying the violation of Guo's Certificate of Candidacy.

02:04She can try but I wouldn't say it's her right

02:07because she's not Filipino and she bears falsified documents.

02:11Because having a falsified birth certificate

02:14is already very telling on her character

02:18on what she's all about.

02:21If you try to present yourself as a Filipino,

02:27you better be a real Filipino.

02:29Senator Joel Villanueva called it ridiculous

02:32if Guo still allowed to run
