00:00In the state of Calamity, Albay is under the control of the floodwaters of Baguio, Christine.

00:07In the midst of the floods, a boat was damaged.

00:10John Consulta has the report.

00:15The water reached one of the rivers in Legazpi, Albay.

00:19Many of the residents were affected.

00:21The slippery railing was damaged.

00:24Flooding intensified in the town of Libon.

00:28Because of the constant flooding, Albay was submerged in the state of Calamity.

00:32The typhoon was also warning of a possible flood from the Mayon Volcano.

00:38The flood caused a water fault in the school in Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte.

00:46In Camarines Sur, some villages in the town of Del Gallego were isolated

00:50because of the two spillways that the residents crossed.

00:57In the town of Pili, some houses and a building were flooded.

01:02A forced evacuation was ordered in some areas near the river.

01:06In Sorsogon, the flood reached several areas.

01:10The Philippine Red Cross crossed the flood to help a pregnant woman.

01:16In Catanduanes, a boat was trapped in the middle of the flood.

01:19It was tried to be retrieved by the owner, but the water was too deep.

01:25The rain did not stop in Catmalogan, Samar.

01:27That's why the road was filled with wind.

01:30Because of the strong wind, the roof of some establishments was blown off.

01:33And a tent fell.

01:35A wide flood was also experienced in Cotobato.

01:39In Sultan Cunarat, Maguindanao del Norte,

01:41150 families were rescued from the flood.

01:45In Zamboanga City, three men died.

01:48They fell asleep while being evacuated in the middle of a strong flood.

01:52Some houses were hit by the flood and a seawall was destroyed.

01:57Some sea vehicles were cancelled due to the gale warning.

02:00According to the Philippine Coast Guard,

02:02almost 4,000 passengers were stranded.
