00:30in government departments, companies, government agencies, must go on.
00:38A few days ago, in the ministerial meeting,
00:42we were more firm in demanding that all government agencies,
00:51even though the institutions are powerful,
00:54but sometimes the institutions make decisions that are in their interest.
00:59Therefore, all new projects, international visits,
01:03must be referred to the head of the government
01:08and approved by the minister,
01:10so that there is someone who is ultimately responsible.
01:16The reason is because, as an example,
01:20in Talanjuran, there is a small exhibition,
01:24but I saw from the staff of the ministry and the relevant agencies,
01:3068 people applied to go.
01:33A small part may be involved and needed.
01:38So I made a firm decision to cancel all the visits,
01:44even though the flight tickets and hotels have been provided.
01:48This is a clear message.
01:50We are talking about reform.
01:52Ministers must have a letter of apology from the ministry.
01:57And usually, we make a division,
02:00whether two or three staff are needed.
02:03And if not, they are asked to resign,
02:06and the visit must be combined with a signature from the minister,
02:11to save expenses.
02:13But sometimes, the message is not clear,
02:17and the violation of the spirit of the regulations,
02:20that this is the people's fund, and we must be responsible.
02:24Yesterday, I had a meeting with KSN, KBPI,
02:28all KSU and other agencies,
02:31to express our firmness and ask for cooperation.
02:37The majority of public officials, especially those in high positions,
02:42understand and support.
02:44But this violation cannot be allowed.
