Justin Timberlake already pled guilty to driving while ability impaired ... and, that's that, it seems -- 'cause the public probably isn't gonna see footage from his arrest.

00:00Moving on to Justin Timberlake and the fallout from his DWI case, which you know, he entered a plea, a guilty plea to DWAI, driving while ability impaired, no intoxication, as he always insisted, and there was something else that we had heard when he was first arrested.
00:19There is body cam footage, but that body cam, and we always, we knew that while the case was going on, they don't give out the body cam.
00:26We hear that a lot from prosecutors, this is an open case, but the case is over, so where is the body cam?
00:33We actually, we filed a FOIA request and said we'd like to see the body cam.
00:38Well, denied.
00:39Denied, yes.
00:41We were told they cannot release it, those words, that we cannot release it because it's been sealed.
00:47So then we looked into, well, how and when was it sealed?
00:51It was sealed in an agreement between the prosecutors and Justin Timberlake.
00:56Why would that be?
00:58Both of them agreed that they don't want this to come out for some reason.
01:01That's exactly right.
01:02So there was a stipulation at the beginning of this case to seal this body cam, and our request simply couldn't be granted because it's subject to a seal order.
01:10Unless that gets lifted by amendment of the parties, the parties go in and say, hey, we no longer need it sealed, but who's going to do that?
01:15Certainly not Justin Timberlake.
01:17Prosecutors have put the case behind him.
01:18They have no interest in unsealing it.
01:20So the likelihood is we'll never get to see that moment that was reported where Justin apparently said this is going to ruin the tour.
01:26Yet, yet, well, it's more than that.
01:28Just seeing, you know, they say he flunked three field sobriety tests, and he refused the breathalyzer test.
01:38And the cops are saying we did it by the book.
01:41Justin is saying you're going to look at this body cam and you're going to see they didn't.
01:46There were all sorts of issues that both sides wanted to show.
01:50But now that it's over and done with, both sides probably don't want to see it because there's certainly no upside for Justin, right?
01:58And maybe not for the PR-wise to see him failing a field sobriety test.
02:03And refusing the breathalyzer.
02:04Right.
02:05So that, he doesn't want out.
02:07And don't forget, this is Sag Harbor.
02:08It caters to a certain type of celebrity.
02:10It's packed with celebrities in the Hamptons.
02:12So they don't want to have a reputation that they're negative on celebrities.
02:15That's a really good point, Tim.
02:16Yep.
02:17Ryan Bailey, Los Angeles, California.
02:19How embarrassing is this tape for both sides to agree to seal?
02:23Release the Timberlake tapes.
02:25This man is a fantastic performer, and I think we're all curious if he was offbeat having to walk a straight line.
02:30But in all seriousness, I'm thrilled he's accepted responsibility and come out against drunk driving.
02:35But you do the crime, you pay the time, and I think celebrities shouldn't get special privileges when it comes to DUI.
02:41Yeah.
02:42The one question that none of the reporters asked was, because when he said all of this at the news conference,
02:47what about the breathalyzer thing?
02:49That would have been interesting, right?
02:50Yeah.
