01:54Well the person the woman who was in that passenger seat
01:57She was at the hotel long before Justin two hours before and she was drinking

02:10Going to raise this issue and say this woman should not have been driving a car
02:15And if the officers let her drive how good were they at evaluating
02:21Anything and it just puts their credibility into question. That's gonna be the argument

02:27I'm not sure at the end of the day it makes the difference being guilt or innocence for Justin and what it does is it
02:32Puts a lot of pressure on authorities to potentially settle the case
02:35For a lesser charge or plea down to much lesser charge any sort of drunk driving offense
02:40And that's really where Justin wants the thing to end anyways, so it really does play in their favor
