00:24The SSS will be able to collect a contribution of 2 to 3 billion pesos this year.

00:33According to SSS President and CEO, Rolando Macasait,

00:37this is because the SSS has 4 million new members.

00:40He added that the rebranding of the program Workers' Investment and Savings Program-OIS

00:47made a pension booster, which is easier for people to understand.

00:51Because of our executives who initiated this,

00:56indeed, the response was super positive.

01:01As I understand it, the deposits for OIS or the pension booster was only about 40 million a month.

01:09I think we're hitting over 100 million a month already.

01:12At the same time, the SSS is also hoping to collect 140 billion pesos as its net income this year.

01:19This is more than the previous target of the agency of 100 billion pesos.

01:23Based on the SSS data, as of July, the SSS' net income is already at 56.7 billion pesos.

01:30This is a big part of the contributions of the members and the SSS' investments.

01:35In order to achieve this, along with what the agency has done,

01:38it will save on the expenses of the rent of their offices in different parts of the country.

01:43So all of our branches that we rent, we transfer, we're moving them to malls.

01:49And they're all given to us for free.

01:52So we're saving a lot.

01:54Meanwhile, at the same time as the SSS celebrates its 67th anniversary,

01:58the agency launched their enhanced logo and redesigned website.

02:02According to Kibakasait, the redesigned website is user-friendly and has a dedicated page for OFWs.

02:09While the SSS honored its members in the agency's programs.

02:26pensioners, and other stakeholders regarding the agency's program.
