00:00It's been 72 hours since Trump beat the odds and escaped a second assassination attempt.
00:06And tonight, he's holding his first rally since in deep blue New York.
00:10Let's listen in.
00:11You shouldn't call people animals.
00:13That's not appropriate.
00:14They're animals.
00:16That's the philosophy.
00:20And I said I got to the White House and I said they have a lot in Ohio, a lot in every
00:25state.
00:26And I said, I want MS-13 out of here.
00:27They come from various places, a little bit, a little bit south of Mexico.
00:33They come from Mexico, too.
00:35And I said, what I want you to do is I want to bring them out.
00:37And a general said, sir, I'm sorry, sir, the countries will not under any circumstances
00:43allow us to bring them back in.
00:44They don't want them anymore, sir.
00:46I said, how long has this been going on?
00:48Many years during the Barack Hussein Obama.
00:51Has anyone ever heard of him?
00:55Many years, sir, under the Barack Hussein Obama administration.
00:59It's been going on for years, so they won't take them.
01:01You know what they did?
01:02They would take Honduras.
01:04OK, think of it.
01:06They would take planes and they would put them on the runways.
01:10They would put the planes El Salvador of different countries, some of the roughest gangs.
01:16They put big commercial aircraft.
01:17So when a plane is going to fly in with two or three hundred MS-13 killers, you couldn't
01:23land the plane.
01:24They said, sir, we can't get them back.
01:26All of the bus routes are blocked.
01:28We can't get the buses in.
01:29And when they know a plane is coming, they put planes on the runway, sir, we won't be
01:33able to do it.
01:34I said, I think you will.
01:35How much money do we pay them for economic development of the dictator's house?
01:40How much money do we pay them?
01:42General, I'll get back to you, sir.
01:44He comes back the next day, sir, we pay them seven hundred and fifty million dollars a
01:48year.
01:49It's a lot.
01:50Let me tell you, it's peanuts compared to some of the money we pay.
01:52But it's a lot of money.
01:55I said, inform these countries that under no circumstances are they getting any money
02:01anymore.
02:02They're not getting any money.
02:03They are delinquent.
02:04They're not allowing us to bring back people that they forced into our country through
02:09caravans.
02:12So they informed them.
02:13And the next day I get to the Oval Office nice and early and I get calls from three
02:19particular countries separately.
02:21Sir, there seems to be a problem or a misunderstanding.
02:25I said, yeah, there is a misunderstanding.
02:27You're not taking your MS-13 people that you sent into our country.
02:31You're not taking them back.
02:32And I'm going to not give any money to your country forever.
02:36You're never getting 10 cents.
02:39And in all cases, they said something to the effect, sir, sir, it is so bad that I didn't
02:46know about this.
02:47I wish I would have known about it.
02:49We would love to take MS-13 back into our country.
02:52We love them very much.
02:54We will take them back, sir.
02:55And that day, that afternoon, we started bringing them out of our country by the thousands and
03:00thousands and thousands.
03:09And the worst part of the story is now I still didn't pay him.
03:16But now they're getting four billion dollars a year under Biden.
03:21Biden said, do it.
03:22Maybe she knew about it.
03:23I don't want to blame her if she didn't.
03:24But four billion.
03:26You know why?
03:27Because he wants them to create a beautiful environment so that they say that that's not
03:30going to happen.
03:31OK, the money is going to be stolen all over the place.
03:34So instead of 750, it's now at four billion dollars, an estimated 75 percent of arrests
03:40in midtown Manhattan and over 60 percent of arrests in Queens are now illegal aliens.
03:47Congratulations.
03:48Congratulations.
03:49And, you know, this in Queens a few months ago, an illegal alien released by Kamala Harris.
03:58She was in charge of the border approach to 13 year old children with a machete in broad
04:04daylight, forced them into the woods, tied them together by the wrists and raped them,
04:09injured them terribly, very badly.
04:11You know about it in the Bronx.
04:15Another illegal alien that Kamala Harris set loose into our country approached a 36 year
04:21old woman while pretending to ask for directions, ma'am, he said, I'd like directions to someplace
04:28before he wrapped his arms around her throat, pinned her down on a park bench and raped
04:35her all night and beat the hell out of her.
04:40And you know what she said?
04:42She said, he didn't rape me.
04:44He tried to kill me.
04:46That was her expression when the police came.
04:49And on Coney Island, a place I know well, just weeks ago, two migrants Kamala let in
04:55raped a 46 year old woman with a knife.
04:58She was badly, badly beaten, probably going to live for every New Yorker being terrorized
05:06by this wave of migrant crime.
05:07And I've been talking about migrant crime for five years.
05:10I said, if you let them in, it's going to be hell.
05:13They are vicious, violent criminals that are being led into our country.
05:18There are people that their countries who are very smart, they don't want them.
05:23That's why all over the world, a lot of people coming from jails out of the Congo in Africa.
05:30Where do you come from?
05:31The Congo.
05:33Where in the Congo?
05:34A lot of them come from jail.
05:35What did you do?
05:36We will not tell you.
05:37They're coming from the Congo.
05:38They're coming from Africa.
05:39They're coming from the Middle East.
05:40They're coming from all over the world.
05:42Asia, a lot of it coming from Asia.
05:46And what's happening to our country is we're just destroying the fabric of life in our
05:50country and we're not going to take it any longer.
05:53And you got to get rid of these people.
05:55Give me a shot.
05:57You will have a safe New York within three months.
06:01That was Donald Trump in Long Island holding his first rally since he escaped a second
06:13assassination attempt just earlier this week.
06:16So does Trump feel safe?
06:18After taping Gutfeld earlier today, Trump stopped by a Bitcoin bar on the Lower East
06:24Side.
06:25Watch.
06:26Do you feel safe, Mr. President?
06:27Are you looking at any private security in addition?
06:28I feel very safe.
06:29They have the top of the line people and they needed more people.
06:35Now they haven't.
06:36They've been given that.
06:37And I guess it's a presidential level.
06:38And based on the poll numbers, I guess you have to do that.
06:39We're leading just about every poll.
06:40And we have to be safe.
06:41But we really have to be safe for the country.
06:42That's the most important thing to me.
06:43We have to be safe for the country.
06:44A lot of progress is going to be made.
06:45It's going to be made fast.
06:46But tonight, we still don't know why.
06:47The Biden-Harris administration stonewalling.
07:12From my personal standpoint, I want more information about what happened in Florida
07:17last weekend.
07:18I think the Secret Service owes an explanation to the American people, not just to a task
07:23force confidentially or under the classified setting, but to the American people, an explanation
07:33of what happened.
07:34The Biden-Harris administration won't talk.
07:36And the FBI, who wiretapped the Trump campaign and raided his house, they're in charge of
07:41the investigation.
07:42The men and women of the FBI are working tirelessly to get to the bottom of what happened.
07:50Our work is very much ongoing and we're just a few days into the investigation.
07:55So we're limited in what we can say at this point.
07:59What I can say is that we have dedicated the full force of the FBI to this investigation.
08:05This is the same FBI director who was a Trump assassination truther.
08:09Remember, he said at first that Trump wasn't even shot.
08:13I think with with respect to former President Trump, there's some question about whether
08:19or not it's a bullet or shrapnel that hit his ear.
08:24How do you trust a guy like this?
08:26This is the guy that had Hunter's laptop for a year and then said it was Russia disinformation
08:31to get it censored.
08:33And this just breaking.
08:35Christopher Wray just announced the Iranians have hacked the Trump campaign and sent the
08:40Biden Harris campaign the goods.
08:43The FBI director wanted to be clear that the Biden Harris people didn't ask for it, but
08:48they may have used the information they got.
08:51So Democrats received hacked material from our enemies and may have used it to win an
08:56election.
08:58America's enemies are interfering in our election on behalf of the Democrats and the FBI isn't
09:04stopping them.
09:05Imagine if the Russians hacked the Harris campaign and emailed it to Trump.
09:10What do you think the FBI would do that?
09:12But they'll definitely get to the bottom of the two Trump assassination attempts, especially
09:17the last one where the assassin was flagged to the FBI and they did nothing.
09:23Yesterday morning, the FBI raided the assassins Hawaii bungalow, a seven hour search, not
09:29as long as Mar-a-Lago.
09:32Photos obtained by The New York Post show Ruth's house was as disorganized as Biden's
09:36garage.
09:38This guy had boxes of power tools stacked up in his living room, his pickup truck littered
09:43with parking tickets, screwdrivers, little ketchup packets.
09:49Agents were seen leaving his home with boxes of evidence.
09:52What's inside?
09:53Well, they haven't told us.
09:55They probably never will.
09:56This is probably a mop up job.
09:58We'll only know what they want us to know.
10:00His lunatic ex-con with only sixty eight dollars to his name flew all over the world for four
10:07years to some of the most suspicious places.
10:10And the Biden administration was alerted to him and never took action.
10:14Ruth wasn't just flying from North Carolina to Hawaii, to Florida, D.C. Ruth spent two
10:20weeks in Taiwan.
10:23He went to Turkey, Poland and then Ukraine.
10:26He went to Ukraine twice, spent eight whole months there.
10:30People who knew him say Ruth was holed up at Ukrainian military bases and barracks.
10:36Who did he meet in Ukraine?
10:38It's only ground zero for foreign intelligence operatives, black market military contractors
10:43and mobsters.
10:44The assassin was recruiting soldiers from Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria.
10:51Ruth was in a war zone communicating with foreign mercenaries from countries on the
10:55terror watch list.
10:57Then flies back to America and tries to kill the president.
11:00And no one's asking who put him up to it.
11:04Time magazine says Ruth was also telling Ukrainian officials that he could have the Secret Service
11:09vet the military records of the soldiers he wanted to recruit.
11:13It's probably just a coincidence.
11:16But you're telling us that a convicted felon was sleeping in Ukrainian barracks for months,
11:21recruiting Middle Eastern soldiers, trafficking in drones and flying back to America.
11:26And the Biden administration wasn't monitoring him at all.
11:29This guy's rubbing elbows with cold blooded killers, then suddenly publishes a book about
11:34assassinating Trump.
11:36A former nurse who served in Ukraine told Primetime yesterday that she met Ruth there
11:41and immediately reported him to the FBI.
11:45Did he ever talk about assassinations?
11:49All the time.
11:50He wanted to kill most world leaders.
11:52It's been over two years since I was with him, but I definitely remember he always talked
11:58about wanting to kill Putin, Kim Jong Un.
12:00He developed plans.
12:03He talked about Biden and Trump.
12:05But I can't remember.
12:06It's been over two years since I heard those conversations.
12:09I can't remember exactly what he said.
12:12But he did speak frequently about harming world leaders.
12:15When Ruth flew back to Hawaii, customs notified Homeland Security about him.
12:21But Mayorkas dropped the investigation.
12:23And the next thing you know, this guy brings a scoped rifle within 300 yards of the candidate
12:28who wants to end the war in Ukraine.
12:31Ruth was reported to the State Department, the FBI, the CIA and Homeland Security.
12:37And they didn't stop him.
12:39Why?
12:41Ruth was seen running around like he was above the law for years.
12:44A former North Carolina police officer had over 100 interactions with him and said he
12:50was untouchable.
12:51Mr. Ruth's attitude was, you know, that he was above everybody and he can do what he
13:01wanted.
13:02It didn't matter.
13:03He was pretty entitled because of his flagrant above the law mentality.
13:15The fact that he felt he could do anything, he ran his mouth quite a bit about how he
13:24can get off.
13:26Ruth's been hit with over 100 criminal counts just in North Carolina alone and never served
13:32a day in prison.
13:33Think about that.
13:34Even for the weapons of mass destruction charge, when he was in an armed standoff with cops
13:38with a machine gun, got probation.
13:41The same North Carolina police officer said the court would sometimes just dismiss or
13:46drop charges just, you know, to clear the docket.
13:51Gun felonies, stolen vehicles, drugs, hit and runs, forged checks never served time.
13:57Who's been keeping Ruth out of trouble?
14:00Even with his latest arrest for staking out Trump for assassination, he's only been charged
14:05with two minor gun crimes with no mandatory minimum.
14:08The so-called roofer had a car with stolen plates and a rifle with a scratched off serial
14:14number.
14:15And this guy was sophisticated enough to plead the fifth and ask for a lawyer who was Ryan
14:21Ruth's father.
14:22We'll be looking into that at a later date.
14:25We're also looking into his ex-wife and fiancee, a shocking number of Democrats wish Ruth had
14:31completed his mission.
14:33New polling says 28 percent of Democrats think America would be better off if Trump
14:38was assassinated, 28 percent, 24 percent, not really sure.
14:45So that means a majority of Democrats think the country would be better off if Trump were
14:49murdered or just need more time to think about it.
14:52For years, Americans have heard Democrats call Trump a threat to democracy.
14:56Are you surprised now that two people have tried to kill him?
15:00Trump has called us communists.
15:02He said we are a threat to the United States of America.
15:08Trump almost got shot twice.
15:10Democrats shrug.
15:12Listen to what one caller told C-SPAN today.
15:15See, we let this man, Trump, destroy America.
15:18And I look at it and say, well, these two people had to step up and take that shot.
15:23I'm 83, nothing to lose.
15:25I'm sorry, Willie, you're not advocating violence, are you?
15:29Not violence.
15:30I'm defending my country.
15:33All right.
15:34See, assassination, really not violence if you're defending the country.
15:38You see?
15:40Tell me again, Democrats aren't happy.
15:42Bullets are flying.
15:45Senator Josh Hawley joins me now.
15:47Senator, what are you hearing now from people that are speaking to your staff?
15:52Well, what we've heard, Jesse, from new whistleblowers who've come forward about this second assassination
15:57attempt on Donald Trump's life.
15:59And here's what they have told us.
16:00That golf course that the president was playing, Secret Service have guarded that course many,
16:05many times.
16:06And what the whistleblower says is, protocol calls for Secret Service to station agents
16:11along the places in the course that are known vulnerabilities.
16:14I want to emphasize, the service has guarded this course many times.
16:17They know where there are vulnerabilities.
16:20They normally station agents there ahead of Trump's appearance on the course, but they
16:24apparently did not do that this last weekend.
16:26And the whistleblowers tell me, that's strange.
16:29That's out of protocol.
16:30It's not even clear Secret Service swept the perimeter before Trump took to the course.
16:35Also a broach, a breach rather, of protocol.
16:38And they want to know why, and so do I.
16:39I think the Secret Service deserves to give us answers.
16:42We're hearing conflicting reports about who fired off those rounds at Ruth.
16:48Was it a guy sweeping the perimeter during the round, or was it the advance team who
16:53was a hole ahead?
16:54Do we have any understanding of what the truth is there?
16:58I don't think we do yet.
17:00Certainly I don't.
17:01And again, the Secret Service, the FBI, DHS have not been forthcoming on this.
17:04Jesse, I want to emphasize, we are over two months, of course, since Butler.
17:08Do you know that the Secret Service still has not given congressional investigators
17:12the documents and evidence we have been asking for for two months?
17:16Two months since Trump was shot in the face, now he has been shot at, or nearly so, again.
17:22And still, Secret Service is stonewalling right down to this hour.
17:25I mean, what is going on here?
17:28They need to level with us, they need to level with the American people, and they need to
17:32tell us what in the world has happened.
17:33I mean, even your colleagues, pretty partisan colleagues on the left, Blumenthal, even he's
17:38just had it.
17:40So we're also hearing, and this is new, tell me if you've heard this as well, that the
17:44Secret Service told the locals in Butler, oh no, no, we got the Ruth.
17:47Don't worry about the Ruth, we got it.
17:49Is that what you heard too?
17:51Because they didn't get it.
17:52You know, I saw this in Senator Grassley's recent report, and I can tell you, Jesse,
17:57I can confirm that local law enforcement in Butler, local whistleblowers, have told me
18:02in my office that Secret Service was indeed the one that took, of course, the planning
18:07lead on the day, and that Secret Service was supposed to be in charge of securing that
18:11location.
18:12And they didn't do it.
18:13And I tell you what, local law enforcement has been extremely upset, to put it mildly,
18:17for months now, that they've been blamed.
18:19That Secret Service went public, blamed the locals, and the locals say it wasn't our responsibility.
18:24Secret Service was supposed to do it.
18:25Jesse, the local police even offered Secret Service drones on the day in Butler.
18:31Secret Service said no.
18:33Do you believe in your heart that the Secret Service is just incompetent, or they're compromised?
18:42You know, all I can say is this, when for two months you won't answer questions in public,
18:47you won't give congressional investigators any documents or evidence, you won't comply
18:52with the most basic requests for information, that raises a lot of troubling questions.
18:56It's a stonewall, Jesse.
18:57That's all there is to it.
18:58This is stonewalling at this point.
19:00I don't know why they're stonewalling, but it can't be good, and it's time for them to
19:04come clean.
19:05It's unacceptable.
19:06And again, great job with your office communicating with these whistleblowers.
19:10It's the only way we're getting the truth out there.
19:11Thank you, Senator Hawley.
19:13Let's now bring in Matt Hadaway.
19:17He interacted with Ruth in Ukraine.
19:20Matt, what was your read on Ruth?
19:24My read on Ruth was really, the totality of the read was somebody who seemed to feel that
19:31if the ends justified the means, that he would try to do it.
19:35Who were the people he was interacting with, or claims he was interacting with?
19:42From what I recall, granted this is about two years ago, and I lost all my notes, but
19:48some of the people he claimed to be interacting with were some high-ranking military figures,
19:56various people in what I recall would be best described as Ukrainian mafia.
20:04Some of the people that had connections with local government to try to get things done
20:09or to help him further what seemed to me to be scams and cons.
20:19So he claims he was interfacing with Ukrainian mafia.
20:24And was this guy just crazy?
20:28Was he just drumming up stuff on the side like hustles?
20:33What do you think his operation was, if he even had one?
20:38I think it was a combination of crazy and hustles, just like you described.
20:45He always seemed to have these really big, fantastical plans, these great stories of
20:54connections and military units that he was going to be putting together or stuff like
21:02that.
21:03There was never actually any tangible proof of anything happening.
21:10Not a results guy, but definitely stirring up a lot of dust.
21:14In your estimation, would it have been conceivable for a foreign intelligence operative or one
21:20of these Ukrainian mafia guys to flip him, to radicalize him, to send him back on a mission?
21:27We have no evidence of that, but you're in a pretty murky world out there in Ukraine
21:33right now.
21:34A lot of bad guys floating around.
21:36Could he have been flipped or weaponized?
21:41There were definitely a lot of blurred lines and a lot of questions of what was an appropriate
21:47action to take.
21:50As far as Ruth goes, I felt like he was probably just too impulsive and too unpredictable to
21:57be somebody that would be a real reliable target for an intelligence organization to
22:04try to use for anything.
22:06He was more of a loose cannon?
22:09Yes, very much so.
22:11Did you ever feel threatened by him?
22:13One of the people we had on yesterday, a nurse, said she reported him to the federal government
22:19because she thought he was a dangerous man.
22:23Yes, I agree with that.
22:26I never felt threatened per se, but I made a point of not giving him a reason to feel
22:33threatened by me.
22:35There was just a lot of questions of what would he be willing to do.
22:40Given the ends justify the means, if he felt the ends justified it, there's not a lot I
22:46would put past him trying to do.
22:49What was his ideology?
22:54In Ukraine, the couple of times I got to interact with him, he seemed very obviously pro-Ukraine,
23:01wanting to go there and the way he described it, help Ukraine in their fight.
23:09He was also very pro-America, wearing very flamboyant American flag shirts through the
23:19cities and drawing a lot of attention to himself, which is something a lot of us over there
23:24volunteering didn't want to do.
23:26We kind of wanted to blend in, lay low.
23:34He definitely drew a lot of attention to himself.
23:36We spoke to about three or four news organizations and now has drawn the world's attention.
23:41Matt, thank you so much for joining Jesse Waters Prime Time and I'm glad you shared
23:45your story.
23:47Well, check out my new Fox Nation special on the Trump assassination attempts.
23:54Senator Josh Hawley, who you just heard before, he's featured in it along with many others.
23:57It's available right now.
24:02The Teamsters Union dropped a bomb on the Harris campaign today, refusing to endorse
24:07her.
24:08It's the first time the Teamsters didn't endorse a Democrat in, what, 30 years?
24:13They didn't endorse Trump either, but released a poll from their members.
24:17If it were up to the members, they'd give Trump a full-throated endorsement.
24:22Look at that.
24:23The Teamsters love Trump, just can't endorse him because it'll look bad.
24:29It's a great honor.
24:30They're not going to endorse the Democrats.
24:33That's a big thing.
24:34And this is the first time in, I guess, 50, 60 years that that's happened.
24:38Democrats automatically have the Teamsters.
24:40They took a vote, and I guess I was at 60 percent or more, and that's a great honor.
24:45A new Gallup poll has Trump beating Kamala with independence by 25 points.
24:51And a new Fox News Battleground poll trumps ahead, too.
24:57Here's your election.
24:58A CBS reporter in Nevada went from restaurant to restaurant and could barely find a single
25:04Harris supporter.
25:05Watch.
25:06But what was really incredible is in every single restaurant, of the people willing to
25:09talk to us, we could only find one Harris supporter in every restaurant, and we left
25:14no stone unturned.
25:16I want someone who's strong and who gets the respect, and who can deal with foreign leaders.
25:20I think Trump's the guy.
25:22Everybody feels it at the grocery store, at the gas pumps.
25:25And yes, I do contribute that to Biden.
25:29Sometimes the solution is you've got to tear it down and rebuild.
25:32I'm extremely concerned about the border.
25:35There are people who have come here legally.
25:37Why do they get pushed aside?
25:40Voters are realizing Kamala doesn't have the solutions to the problems she created.
25:45And here she is being asked, are Americans better off than they were four years ago?
25:50Listen.
25:51I grew up a middle class kid.
25:53My mother was hardworking.
25:54She raised me and my sister, Maya.
25:57She saved up.
25:58And it was only by the time I was a teenager that she could afford to actually buy her
26:04first home.
26:06And I know, and I identify with, I know where I come from.
26:09Madam Vice President.
26:10And I know, but I'm just going to finish.
26:11I know that so many people work so hard and should have the opportunity to just get their
26:18foot in the door again, so it's not just about getting by, but getting ahead.
26:22Every answer is a dodge.
26:25Even CNN is picking up on it.
26:27When you listen to Kamala Harris on what she will do, you can almost start a drinking game
26:33every time she says small businesses.
26:35Describe the politics of that.
26:37She says that.
26:38She also talks about being a middle class kid.
26:39That's also the front of her answers.
26:41Today, she was at a Hispanic event in Washington and she said nothing.
26:46I love you back.
26:51I grew up understanding the children of the community are the children of the community.
26:56Recently, I was in Nevada.
26:59I'm in these streets.
27:00I mean, I'm everywhere.
27:02We have some work to do.
27:04In fact, a lot of hard work ahead of us, but we like hard work.
27:09Hard work is good work.
27:11Hard work is joyful work, I say.
27:14Kamala is running out the clock, so you don't hear about her dangerous policies.
27:18She talks about an opportunity economy.
27:20But what that really means is that she'll just take it as an opportunity to take all
27:24your money and give it to people she likes more than you.
27:27She'll take trillions of dollars out of the economy, spend it on equity welfare, a billion
27:32for trans, a billion for migrants.
27:35You know how it goes.
27:36She's going to raise taxes so high, companies are going to have to lay you off.
27:41We're going to go into a recession.
27:43And then she's going to spend more money trying to bail herself out.
27:46She says she's a career prosecutor, but her record's criminal.
27:50She's going to decriminalize drugs, empty the prisons.
27:53And just like in California, you're going to be allowed to steal anything just under
27:56a thousand bucks.
27:58She has San Francisco values, and she's right.
28:02Those values haven't changed.
28:04And if you own a gun, she's going to walk into your home and look for it.
28:08Just because you legally possess a gun in the sanctity of your locked home doesn't mean
28:14that we're not going to walk into that home and check to see if you're being responsible.
28:19So she's going to take your guns, cancel cash bail, and give amnesty to 20 million
28:23illegals she let in.
28:26Sounds safe.
28:28America First legal founder and senior advisor to President Trump, Stephen Miller.
28:32All right, so Miller, break down the state of the race.
28:36Well, Jesse, I grew up in a middle class family where I understood that children of the community
28:46are the children of the community.
28:49What we need to do is to take the time to understand that the place where we are going
28:55is where, Jesse, we've always been, and to keep going there.
28:59If that doesn't inspire you to show up and vote for Kamala Harris, I don't think anything
29:03will.
29:04I really don't.
29:05Look, here's the truth of what happened, Jesse.
29:09America saw two different debates.
29:11The pundit class, the people who make a living in Washington, D.C. and New York, fell for
29:19the indecipherable word salad of nonsense answers that she spewed for 90 minutes, and
29:25they heard Donald Trump talk about the border, the invasion, illegal immigration, inflation,
29:32the cost of housing, the cost of living, the cost of health care, war in Ukraine, war in
29:38the Middle East, war ravaging the planet, and his plan to solve all those problems.
29:43And what have we seen since then?
29:45We have seen steady movement in the polls, particularly among independents for Trump,
29:50and we've seen him break open to a much larger lead in Rasmussen National Poll than he had
29:54at any point in 2016 or 2020.
29:59The hollowness, the vapidness, the emptiness, the nothingness of Kamala's answers is being
30:06steadily exposed to real flesh and blood human beings who actually live normal lives and
30:14actually have real jobs and actually have to earn a living to support their family.
30:19So that's the strategy, just run out the clock, say nothing controversial, say nothing at
30:23all, say you're from a middle class family and you want to create an opportunity economy
30:28and just don't make any mistakes.
30:30Don't say anything.
30:30Don't make mistakes.
30:32Is it possible she could win with that strategy?
30:36No, because you should never in politics, never underestimate the savviness of the American
30:46people and the American voter.
30:48Americans know BS in five seconds of hearing it.
30:51And again, we saw that with the with the reviews of the debate and the movement we saw where
30:56you saw in Reuters, for example, they asked undecided voters and of the 10 they asked
31:02two for one that broke for Trump.
31:04Americans have a radar screen.
31:06They understand phony, fake politicians.
31:10They know it in their bones.
31:11They know it in their soul.
31:13But on top of that, you can't lie when it comes to reality because people know they
31:18cannot afford health care.
31:19They cannot afford rent.
31:20They cannot afford a mortgage.
31:22They cannot afford to pay for anything they need to support their families.
31:26That reality, plus the migrant invasion of some towns small and large.
31:31You can't hide or obscure that reality.
31:35You can't hide from it and you definitely can't afford it.
31:36Stephen Miller, thank you so much for joining Jesse Waters Prime.
31:41Good to see you.
31:42We go inside Diddy's jail cell right back.
31:46Fox News alert.
31:47The judge denied Diddy's appeal to get out on bail after the music mogul and Democrat
31:51community organizer was charged with sex trafficking and racketeering for forcing women into freak
31:57off sex parties with male prostitutes that he recorded, then keeping them quiet through
32:02violence and blackmail.
32:04The feds say the investigation is still ongoing and Diddy's a flight risk who's tampered with
32:08witnesses before and could do it again if he's free.
32:12Diddy offered 50 million dollars and promised not to have any women over his house if they
32:16let him out.
32:17But the judge didn't budge.
32:19So Diddy's spending his days in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, New York's
32:23most notorious jail.
32:26It's known for its barbaric conditions, stabbings, murders, suicides, blackouts and lockdowns.
32:32For dinner, Diddy can eat turkey with boiled potatoes and beets.
32:37Sources tell TMZ Diddy's being isolated from General Pop because some inmates may be see
32:42taking him out as a badge of honor.
32:44He'll get one hour of rec time a day and three showers a week and has to wake up at 6 a.m.
32:50to make his bed and mop his cell floor.
32:52A few celebrities who've spent time here are Kelly, Ghislaine Maxwell and our good friend
32:57Minnie Madoff.
32:59Diddy's lawyer says they're going to fight until the end.
33:01But the government's case looks rock solid.
33:03The prosecution has a mountain of evidence against them that they have from basically
33:08300 grand jury subpoenas.
33:11The feds have materials from banks, tech companies, airlines, hotels, escort services, even Diddy's
33:17wealth management firm.
33:19They also have the testimony from dozens of witnesses and victims and evidence from Diddy's
33:25own electronic devices.
33:27The prosecution says they corroborated testimony about Diddy's freak offs using travel records,
33:33payment records and the videos.
33:36Diddy's alleged crimes go back years.
33:38In 2011, he kidnapped somebody at knife point and gun point so that he could break into
33:44a different person's house.
33:46Two weeks later, someone in Diddy's crew found the victim's car, sliced open the convertible
33:51top, then dropped in a Molotov cocktail.
33:55Diddy's been running wild for at least 15 years, but he might not be able to slip out
33:59of this one.
34:01And he's only-
34:55Diddy's been running wild for at least 15 years, but he might not be able to slip out
35:10of this one.
