00:00I'm time. I'm will Kate. Well Donald Trump's been on a media spree this summer. He's appeared with
00:07popular streamer Aiden Ross. He's held hostile press conferences. He's played 18 hells of golf
00:13with Bryson DeChambeau on YouTube and he sat down with Fox and Friends Weekend for 90 minutes. But
00:19last night he talked with Elon Musk live on his social media platform X for two hours.
00:26There were some technical issues off the top but once they got things rolling the
00:29two were able to deep dive into the country's top issues and millions tuned in.
00:36It's nice to have a forum like this where I can discuss something at length. And by the way you
00:41think Biden could do this interview? Do you think that Kamala could do this interview? They would
00:45take a pass on you. No they could not. So they don't need Elon. They don't need Elon screaming
00:51questions. It's pretty sad when you think that somebody that does this for a living can't answer
00:58a question or is afraid to do an interview. Musk offered to host a conversation with Kamala as
01:04well but she's been in hiding. In hiding for 23 days. Ever since she became the presumptive nominee
01:10and she hasn't sat down for a single interview or held a single press conference. Instead of
01:15talking to Musk Kamala's campaign called Trump and Musk quote self-obsessed rich guys who will
01:22sell out the middle class. But Musk isn't some dyed-in-the-wool conservative. I'm sure he's
01:27now endorsed Donald Trump. But before that he was an Obama guy. I've not been very political before
01:35and if just if you look at my chart my record it's I've actually been I'm not like somebody
01:40trying to pay me as like a far-right guy which is absurd because I'm like making electric vehicles
01:44and you know solar batteries helping those environment supported Obama. I stood in line for
01:49six hours to shake Obama's hand when when he was running for president. I call myself uh you know
01:55historically a moderate democrat and but now I feel like we're really at a critical juncture
02:01for the country. Musk like millions of Americans just wants common sense policies that will help
02:08the country instead of hurting it. People start changing parties when they see dangerous streets
02:12open borders and poor Americans. The thing that they really is making them angry is what Kamala
02:21and Biden have allowed to happen to the economy. It's a disaster with inflation. The inflation
02:28it doesn't matter what you make the inflation has eaten you alive. Four years ago five years ago
02:33people were saving a lot of money. Today they're using all their money and borrowing money just to
02:38live. It's a horrible thing that's happening and we'll end that. A lot of people just don't
02:45understand where inflation comes from. Inflation comes from government overspending because the
02:50checks never bounce when it's written by the government. I think we need like a government
02:53efficiency commission to say like hey where are we spending money that's sensible where is it not
02:58sensible and we need to live within our means. Two billionaires boiled down the solution to
03:04inflation in under a minute. It's simple. The government needs to stop spending so much
03:09of our money and don't rope us into more endless wars. We need a president who contained fiery
03:15foreign leaders with words what used to be praised as diplomacy instead of weapons.
03:22I got along well with John when I met with President Obama just before entering you know
03:28it's a sort of a ritual and I sat down with him and we talked. I said what's the biggest problem
03:33he said North Korea. I had that problem worked out very quickly. It was nasty at the beginning
03:38with Rocket Man and you know all the different things. All of a sudden I got a call with some
03:44epic tweets by the way. There were no there were everything he said. He said that he has a red
03:50button on his desk. I said I have a red button on my desk too but my red button is much bigger
03:55and my red button works. And then I called him Rocket Man. That's the media asking for censorship
04:02and that's the White House fantasizing about again gagging Donald Trump. Meanwhile Axios
04:09reports that Kamala Harris's campaign is pushing out fake headlines on Google. The campaign is
04:15disguising ads as phony flattering headlines from outlets like NPR, CNN and the AP. Doesn't the
04:23campaign for Kamala Harris know they get that kind of flattery for free? They don't have to fake it
04:29and pay for ads of phony headlines but those phony headlines read with statements like inflation
04:36is down and Harris will lower health costs. How is this right here on your screen in front of you?
04:41How is that not misinformation? But you won't hear anything about that because Kamala is the
04:47chosen one. Instead what you have is USA Today calling Elon Musk a quote fascism curious billionaire
04:56and get this a former Twitter executive wrote in the Guardian that the best way to control
05:00Musk is by issuing an arrest warrant for stirring up unrest. I don't think those are just empty
05:07words because right on cue the European Union sent Elon Musk a threatening letter warning him
05:14not to spread quote harmful conduct or content that could break the EU's laws.
05:20It might sound ridiculous. It certainly sounds ridiculous to an American. Jail time for posting
05:26online but that's exactly what's happening over in Europe. That's what's happening in the UK.
05:32Riots broke out after three little girls were stabbed to death at a party and these were the
05:36worst riots the UK has seen in over a decade. Hundreds have been arrested but not just for
05:41the violence on the streets. If you post something online that the government deems insulting or
05:46abusive or quote stirs up racial hatred cops show up at your door with handcuffs.
05:54The offence of incitement to racial hatred involves publishing or distributing material
06:00which is insulting or abusive which is intended to or likely to start racial hatred. So if you
06:09retweet that then you're republishing that and then potentially you're committing that offence.
06:13And we do have dedicated police officers who are scouring social media. Their job is to look for
06:20this material and then follow up with identification arrests and so forth. So it's a really really
06:26serious people might think they're not doing anything harmful. They are and the consequences
06:33will be visited upon them. This is not an empty threat. People have been arrested for what they
06:40post on Facebook. London police commissioner said if you break their law they'll come after you
06:46even if you're Elon Musk. We will throw the false force of the law at people
06:51and whether you're in this country committing crimes on the streets or committing crimes from
06:57further afield online we will come after you. Being a keyboard warrior does not make you safe
07:03from the law. You can be guilty of offences of incitement of stirring up racial hatred.
07:09There are numerous terrorist offences regarding the publishing of material.
07:16Monstrous thoughts dressed up in a fancy English accent. America might feel like a long way
07:21from sending cops into your house for making a nasty Facebook post. But how far are we really?
07:27The media just made it clear they want to see people who disobey them punished and our government
07:32has been all too happy to do the punishing. So who's here to stand up for free speech?
07:36If we want to remain a free nation we all have to. The establishment's biggest enemy
07:41isn't misinformation. It's an informed free-thinking electorate that makes its own
07:47decisions based on common sense and facts instead of fear and lies. Can't let our country slip into
07:52tyranny. The tyranny we're seeing across the Atlantic. Democratic strategist Naomi
07:58Konst joins me now. Noamiki, thanks for joining us tonight. So pretty much the entirety of social
08:06media, Facebook, TikTok, really the entirety of tech, Apple, Google, most of the media outside
08:13of Fox News and all of the government bureaucracies adhere to one point of view. Basically echo the
08:18views of the left. Why so afraid of one conversation between Elon Musk and Donald Trump?
08:24I think that could be fact-checked till the end of day and I can't wait for the fact-checkers to
08:27come up with their response to that statement. Google itself fired their own bias investigator
08:32when that woman, a black woman, came forward and said that their algorithm was biased against
08:39women and people of color and it's the same thing with Twitter. Twitter is not entitled to free
08:43speech. It's a private corporation and it's whatever Elon Musk decides. The algorithm is
08:48not democratic. There are bots there. There are troll farms. The troll farms and the bots should
08:53not have the same rights as a citizen of the United States. These troll farms and bots boost people.
08:59Elon Musk decides to ban white dudes for Kamala Harris, but then he puts Alex Jones, who has been
09:05prosecuted in a court of law for disinformation. He lets him go back online and then boosts him.
09:11You know, this is not a marketplace of ideas. This is not a democratic platform. If so,
09:16and if your ideas are better, then let's have a true democracy and debate them like you and
09:21I are right now, which is wonderful. But that's not how it goes with Elon Musk. It's his way
09:25or the highway. Now, Mickey, I welcome any fact check that wants to try to challenge me on the
09:30idea that almost the entirety of every tech organization and every media enterprise is in
09:34the tank for the left. And it is news to me, the statement that you just made on Twitter,
09:39that Twitter doesn't hold some type of free speech rights because it's a private corporation.
09:44It's the individuals on that platform that hold free speech rights. But for someone like you that
09:50wants to see more crackdowns on free speech, I guess, like we've seen in the EU, the question I
09:56would ask for you is who's going to be the arbiter of the truth? Well, it's definitely not going to
09:59be Elon Musk. Elon Musk, who endorsed Donald Trump, gave money to Donald Trump and then gave a,
10:05gave praise Donald Trump and his conspiracy theories. He gave a million people, at least
10:09as of yesterday, um, a platform to crazy conspiracy theories about the convo and immigration.
10:16You're confused. You're confused because Elon Musk is not playing filter on who in,
10:21who is not able to give an, a point of view on Twitter. He's made it a free speech platform.
10:26You are offering up the point of view that wants to suppress free speech. So I'm asking you,
10:31who are you nominating? Who are you nominating to be the all important overseer of what is true and
10:36what is not, and therefore what is free and what is not to be said. So facts are real thing. We
10:42are on a news network. You have a news division. All of your journalists at Fox news have editors.
10:47They have a set of standards that they journalistic standards that they have to go by.
10:51Are they always perfect? No, we're human, right? But Elon Musk, he has no oversight. He fired
10:56everybody who did fact checking and oversight. He, he doesn't, when, when there's incitement of
11:01violence, when there are threats against people, when there's terrorism, he doesn't have a division
11:05to oversee it. That is very different, especially with incitement of violence. That is an exclusion
11:10to free speech. But even if so, if this were a journalistic platform, which it is not,
11:15it is a private corporation at the behest of Elon Musk. Even if so,
11:21you keep saying that you keep saying this thing about private corporations.
11:26There's a difference. I can tell you, I can tell you to make it as an attorney. The constitution
11:31provides no extra free speech rights to something deemed a journalistic organization versus a
11:36private corporation. They're not tears to the free speech to the first amendment United States.
11:40There are not some that have more and some that have less. Your esteemed journalistic
11:45institution has no special rights than me, the private American citizen.
11:48So, you know, the whole fire drill in a movie theater thing. It's the same thing for Twitter.
11:53If you go in and you incite violence on a private corporation, you are, you do not have those same
11:57rights. And that is what the EU deemed. Now they, let me ask you a question. What would you,
12:02what would you support? What would you support for those that you, whoever you pick? Okay. Let's,
12:07for the sake of argument, say you have picked Joe Biden, right? Or at large, the Biden
12:12administration to be the arbiter of the truth. What would you propose as a punishment for someone
12:16you think has run afoul of censorship or misinformation? Would you adopt the same
12:22type of rules that we just heard about in the UK that you can not only be censored,
12:25but you could be arrested. I think that the tech companies, the tech, all of the tech companies
12:30that you've mentioned have an obligation to make sure that their algorithms are transparent,
12:35have oversight, that there are no bots, bot accounts. There are no troll farms,
12:39that people aren't being artificially boosted, that there's no incitement of violence,
12:44no terrorism. You're not endorsing what UK has done, but you're not endorsing what UK has done
12:48with a cop show at your door. If you're, if you're guilty of misinformation. I think the FBI should
12:53probably look into somebody if they're plotting terrorist attacks on Twitter. And that is
12:57essentially what they said. If someone's inciting violence, a threat, I have received threats. I'm
13:01sure you have too on Twitter. And I would like those people to be investigated by the police.
13:06So Nikki, the problem with your point of view is that you haven't, you're putting the power of
13:12in someone's hands, someone you have not yet defined in the course of our conversation.
13:16As I did. Who defines, who defines what is a terroristic threat. Hold on.
13:21You don't think the FBI knows if it's a terroristic threat?
13:24Nobody can hear us. Nobody can hear us. Okay. If we talk at the same time, you have not nominated
13:29someone to tell us what is racially insensitive. What is racially hostile? What is a terroristic
13:33threat? So I'd ask you this one final question. If what we're going to do is at a minimum,
13:38according to what I've heard from you tonight is sensor people off of the internet. If they're
13:41guilty of misinformation, if we're at a minimum going to not platform people, that's what you
13:46guys like that word. It's kind of, if we're not going to platform people guilty of misinformation,
13:51would you D platform Joe Biden today? Today, Joe Biden put out the fact checked and proven lie
13:59that Donald Trump called Nazis, very fine people. It's a hoax. It's a lie. It has been proven it's
14:05Snopes, which has come out in the last couple of months said that is absolutely not true.
14:09He did not call Nazis, very fine people, not only Joe Biden, but Kamala Harris put that out today.
14:15So my question for you is, should they now be de-platformed?
14:18He, he called the people, the proud boys, which is what I think they were referring to as Nazis
14:23as very fine people. So let's make that very clear.
14:25His words were literally this, I'm not talking about the white supremacist or the Nazis.
14:32His words were literally, as I just quoted, I am not talking about the white supremacist
14:38or the Nazis. He said those exact words, but we see them as the same people.
14:43So I would, you know, you trust the FBI. I hope you do trust the CIA. Do you trust the NYPD
14:51in New York? I mean, these are the folks who are there to investigate threats of violence.
14:56If you get in the mail, if you get a phone call, a threatening phone call, they investigate
15:00phone calls. You know, they're the FBI looks into terrorist attacks.
15:04So why can't you do that on Twitter? The tech companies have an obligation to oversee this.
15:10Well, then in that, according to that standard, both Kamala Harris's
15:13campaign and Joe Biden should be kicked off social media platforms today for that misinformation.
15:20He owns it. I'm sorry to break that news to you, Nikki. Okay, thank you for the conversation.
15:24Illegal aliens and Kamala Harris. That's coming up next. And in this country accelerated,
15:30you wouldn't do bad pointing to when the keys to the border were handed over to Kamala Harris.
15:36In New York City, an illegal alien raped a woman while another illegal beat the victim's boyfriend
15:43with a brick. 24-year-old Nicaraguan Daniel David Bonilla entered the country illegally
15:48through Eagle Pass, Texas, in December of 22. He was arrested for a separate sexual
15:53assault last spring and was released from jail just two months ago.
15:58Why was he still in New York City? Someone needs to answer that question.
16:02New York's migrant crisis is so overwhelming that Marriott is actually suing one of its franchisees
16:09for turning the hotel into a massive shelter for illegals or saying it's hurting the brand
16:14of Marriott. Trump warned everyone, he warned Americans, in 2016 and again in 2020,
16:20that the left's progressive vision for this country did include open borders. And now,
16:26as migrant crime is skyrocketing and free government handouts are gifted to illegals,
16:31it's clear he was right. Last night, Donald Trump reminded Americans that Latin American
16:36countries are emptying their prisons and sending them straight through our border.
16:41These are rough people. These are people that are in jail for murder and all sorts of things,
16:46and they're releasing them into our country. And they're telling them,
16:49if you come back, we're going to kill you. We're going to give you the death penalty or kill you,
16:53so they don't want to come back. But these are rough people. These are criminals that
16:57make our criminals look like nice people. And it's horrible what they're doing. It's terrible.
17:01Yeah, I think this, frankly, I think this is a fundamental existential issue for the United
17:08States. And if we have another four more years of open borders, and it's going to be even worse,
17:15with another four more years, it's going to be even worse than it's been for the past
17:19three and a half years. I'm not sure we've got a country.
17:22We don't have a country.
17:24America's migrant crisis is Kamala's scarlet letter, and Trump was to make sure
17:28that everyone knows that. MS-13 gang member here illegally
17:34robbed a pregnant woman, then released, then executed a San Francisco family,
17:39another illegal, arrested, released, then killed this young boy with a sword,
17:46illegal immigrant, convicted, released, then violently fractured a woman's skull.
17:51Who released every one of them? Liberal DA Kamala Harris. The victim's blood is on her hands.
17:59Somehow, now get this, despite those very inconvenient facts, Kamala,
18:03she's claiming her experience as a prosecutor makes her uniquely qualified to fix the mess
18:08that she has created. As a border state prosecutor, she took on drug cartels and
18:15jailed gang members for smuggling weapons and drugs across the border. As vice president,
18:20she backed the toughest border control bill in decades. And as president, she will hire
18:25thousands more border agents and crack down on fentanyl and human trafficking.
18:31Fixing the border is tough. So is Kamala Harris.
18:36Not even the people in Kamala's ads are buying that. The California sheriff just
18:40featured in that ad says he doesn't support her one bit.
18:45So for me and law enforcement to see my face and image along with my law enforcement counterparts
18:50being represented as standing alongside Kamala Harris was truly disheartening.
18:55We do not support Kamala Harris. She has a history of not supporting law enforcement.
18:59And I can tell you that this ad is deceiving to say the least.
19:05It's easy to see why local law enforcement wants nothing to do with Kamala.
19:09It was her goal to empty prisons and tear down migrant detention centers
19:13on day one if she was elected. I want to know when you become president,
19:20would you be committing to close the immigration detention centers?
19:26Absolutely. On day one. On day one.
19:31Hear that? On day one. Florida Congressman Mike Waltz joins us now. Congressman,
19:36how are we supposed to task someone with fixing a problem that they in fact created?
19:45You know, well, both Biden and Harris should be thanking God for the Supreme Court ruling
19:51that gave presidential immunity because all of those deaths, rapes, crimes that you just laid out,
19:59they could be civilly liable for. Their lack of enforcement of the law and the fact that
20:05they inherited the strongest border in American history from Trump and then both Biden and Harris
20:11have turned that into the worst disaster in world history is on their watch. That blood is on their
20:17hands and if it weren't for the presidential immunity ruling, I think those families would
20:21have a case to go after them. But what is Harris, what is she talking about now? Well, so say if you
20:29buy her, I don't know, her argument and the media's new argument that she wasn't the czar,
20:34she had nothing to do with it. She was only responsible for the core migration issues in
20:39Central and South America for which she made one trip. Her total solution, the entirety of her plan
20:45was to throw $4 billion into Central America. Typical progressive response, just throw taxpayer
20:51dollars at it. Anybody who's worked down there would tell you the corrupt governments, the gangs
20:57and the cartels take anywhere from 30 to 40 to 50 percent right off the top. That's putting billions
21:04right into the cartels. The cartels have already been a growth stock under Biden and Harris.
21:10They've made upwards of $13 to $15 billion just in the last three years. And by contrast,
21:16an actual plan is President Trump's plan to take on the cartels, to use cyber, to use space,
21:23to use, to put secondary sanctions on the Chinese manufacturers of fentanyl. We can walk through
21:30the elements of his actual plan to take down the cartels, reinstitute his policies, secure the
21:36border and get at the core issues. The thing about it is, Congressman, I think that most every
21:42informed American knows the way that Donald Trump would handle the crisis at the border.
21:47And every informed American understands what's happened at the border over the last three and
21:51a half years, which has been built from the beginning as not the Joe Biden administration,
21:56but the Biden.
