00:00So we're going to talk about that in a little bit.
00:03Talking about classicals and I know you are Americanista, I'm Puma by heart, but the most
00:08important for me Puma's America.
00:10Seem like everybody wants a piece of America.
00:12Yeah, it's interesting.
00:13I got to live that rivalry in Mexico City, in both Estadio Azteca and Ciudad Universitaria.
00:19And it's about, you mentioned the TV network, the support, the finances, all the budget
00:24behind America to bring some of the biggest players, not only within the continent, but
00:28also sometimes from Europe and from Africa as well, talking about the 90s with Francois
00:32Mambillic and Carluxa, but Pumas, the team with the biggest youth program, the biggest
00:37academy of all time.
00:39You talk Hugo Sanchez, you talk Luis Garcia, Jorge Campos, Claudio Suarez, et cetera.
00:44The way the guys from the university, from the college, from one of the main, or the
00:48main college in Mexico, they live in, they just hate America.
00:51And sometimes some of those players switch allegiances and the way they're talked to
00:56and the way people just tell them off when they go to Ciudad Universitaria, when they
01:00go back, it's just crazy.
01:02I think that switch between Pumas and America is one of the most dangerous ones, because
01:05the Pumas, Barras, they will not leave you alone for the rest of your days.
01:11But also it's a game that for me is very special because it comes all the way from the youth
01:17level, right?
01:18Like if you play in Mexico City, you belong to the Pumitas Academy or to the El Nido in
01:22Cuapa, this is a game that you play probably hundreds of times in your career and every
01:29time is special.
