Nakaalis na ng bahay ang ilang estudyante nang isuspinde ang klase sa ilang lugar sa Metro Manila. Paalala po, awtomatikong walang pasok hanggang high school kapag itinaas ang storm signal no. 1 kahit wala pang anunsiyo ng lokal na pamahalaan.

00:39That's why on the streets around a school, the students spread out to go home.

00:48I woke up early and cooked breakfast for the kids.

00:54I was surprised, but it's okay. At least the kids are safe.

00:57Most of the students who were suspended were in elementary school.

01:00A sign of hope, at 5 o'clock in the early morning, Metro Manila was included in the places where the signal No. 1 was raised.

01:37Classes in private and public schools were suspended until Grade 12.

01:41And because the Typhoon Warning Signal was raised at 5 o'clock in the morning,

01:45they were late in announcing the class suspension.

01:48According to Valenzuela LGU, they were checking if there was a weather bulletin at night

01:52so they can decide on the class suspension.

01:59Even if there is an early advisory, we can announce it right away.

02:11But last night, there was no advisory of heavy rainfall.

02:18There was no signal No. 1 that was raised.
