00:36Did you ever think one day you and RuPaul would be in the same category for an Emmy, for a hosting, and that you'd win?

00:47But like many men I've dreamed of topping RuPaul, and it finally happened.

01:53No, I didn't.

01:55I think it's what's really interesting in our culture right now,

01:59when there's so many laws and people who are positions of authority and politicians

02:05speaking out so hatefully against queer people.

02:08At the same time, the entertainment industry is really celebrating and lauding queer people, queer characters,

02:15and the input that queer people have always had in showbiz.

02:18It's actually a really nice thing that puts the needle back a bit across into niceness.
