00:00:00These messengers, We have preferred some of them over some of them whom Allah has spoken to, and He has raised some of them in ranks.
00:00:09And We gave Jesus, son of Mary, the virgins, and We strengthened him with the Holy Spirit.
00:00:16And if Allah had willed, those after them would have been slain after the virgins had come to them, but they differed, and among them were those who believed and among them were those who disbelieved.
00:00:36And if Allah had willed, they would have been slain, but Allah does what He wills.
00:00:43And these messengers, who have been designated to guide people, We have exalted some of them above the others, among them are such as were spoken to by Allah Himself, and some He exalted in other respects.
00:00:57And We granted Jesus, son of Mary, clear signs, and supported him with the Spirit of holiness.
00:01:04Had He willed, those who had seen these clear signs would not have fought one another thereafter.
00:01:11But it was not the will of Allah to prevent people from disagreement by compulsion.
00:01:16Hence, they differed among themselves, whereby some attained faith and others denied the truth.
00:01:24Yet had Allah so willed, they would not have fought one another.
00:01:28Allah does whatever He wills.
00:01:34O you who believe, spend out of what We have provided you, before there comes a day when there will be no buying and selling, nor will friendship and intercession be of any avail to you.

00:02:04Indeed, those who disbelieve are the wrongdoers.
00:02:34Allah, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting, by whom all subsist.
00:02:53There is no God but He. Neither slumber seizes Him, nor sleep.
00:02:58To Him belongs all that is in the heavens, and all that is in the earth.
00:03:03Who is there who might intercede with Him, save with His leave?
00:03:07He knows what lies before them, and what is hidden from them, whereas they cannot attain to anything of His knowledge, save what He wills them to attain.
00:03:17His dominion overspreads the heavens and the earth, and their upholding wearies Him not.
00:03:23He is All-High, All-Glorious.
00:03:27There is no compulsion in religion. The right way stands clearly distinguished from the wrong.
00:03:53Hence, he who rejects the evil ones, and believes in Allah, has indeed taken hold of the firm, unbreakable handle.
00:04:00And Allah, whom He has held for support, is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
00:04:23Those are the dwellers of the Fire, therein shall they abide.
00:04:29Allah is the Guardian of those who believe. He brings them out of every darkness into light.
00:04:35And those who disbelieve, their guardians are the evil ones.
00:04:40They bring them out of light into all kinds of darkness.
00:04:43These are destined for the fire, and there shall they abide.
00:04:48Have you not considered the one who argued with Ibrahim concerning his Lord, that Allah should give him dominion?
00:04:55When Ibrahim said, My Lord is He who gives life and causes death. He said, I give life and cause death.
00:05:03Ibrahim said, Then verily, Allah brings forth the sun from the east, and brings it forth from the west.
00:05:10From the west. Then the one who disbelieved was astonished, and Allah guides not the wrongdoing people.
00:05:18Did you not consider the case of the person who remonstrated with Ibrahim about who was Ibrahim's Lord,
00:05:24just because Allah had granted him dominion?
00:05:27When Ibrahim said, My Lord is He who grants life and causes death. He replied, I grant life and I cause death.
00:05:38Ibrahim said, But surely Allah causes the sun to rise from the east, now you cause it to rise from the west.
00:05:46Thereupon, the denier of the truth was confounded. Allah does not direct the wrongdoers to the right way.
00:06:16He said, Nay, but you have stayed a hundred years, so look at your food and drink, they have not faded.
00:06:25And look at your donkey, and We shall make you a sign for the people.
00:06:30And look at the bones, how We raise them, then We cut them into flesh.
00:06:38So when it became clear to him, he said, I know that Allah is Able to do all things.
00:07:08How long did you remain in this state? He replied, I remained so for a day or a part of a day.
00:07:14Allah rejoined, No, you have rather stayed thus for a hundred years, but look at your food and your drink,
00:07:22there's no deterioration in them. And look at your ass, how its entire skeleton has rotted.
00:07:28And We did all this so that We might make you a token of instruction for people.
00:07:33And see how We'll put the bones of the ass together, and We'll clothe them with flesh.
00:07:39Thus, when the reality became clear to him, he said, I know that Allah has power over everything.
00:07:46And when Abraham said, O my Lord, show me how You give life to the dead.
00:07:52He said, Did you not believe? He said, Yes, but that my heart might be at rest.
00:07:57He said, Then take four of the birds and bring them to you, then put on each mountain a part of them,
00:08:09then call upon them, they will come to you in a rush. And know that Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
00:08:18And recall when Abraham said, My Lord, show me how You give life to the dead.
00:08:23Allah said, Why? Do you have no faith? Abraham replied, Yes, but in order that my heart be at rest.
00:08:31He said, Then take four birds and tame them to yourself, then put a part of them on every hill,
00:08:38and summon them, they will come to you flying. Know well that Allah is Almighty, All-Wise.
00:08:46The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like that of a grain of corn that sprouts seven ears,
00:09:15and in every ear there are a hundred grains. Thus Allah multiplies the action of whomsoever He wills.
00:09:22Allah is Munificent, All-Knowing.
00:09:45Those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah and do not follow up their spending by stressing their benevolence and causing hurt,
00:09:57will find their reward secure with their Lord. They have no cause for fear and grief.
00:10:02A kind word and forgiveness are better than charity, followed by harm. Allah is Forbearing.
00:10:14To speak a kind word and to forgive people's faults is better than charity followed by hurt. Allah is All-Sufficient, All-Forbearing.
00:10:25O you who have believed, do not waste your charities for benefit and harm,
00:10:33like one who spends his wealth to see the people and does not believe in Allah and the Last Day.
00:10:42His likeness is like that of a barren land on which they are scattered, and a thunderbolt strikes him and he is left standing.
00:10:51They have no power over anything they have earned, and Allah does not guide the disbelieving people.
00:11:00Believers, do not nullify your acts of charity by stressing your benevolence and causing hurt,
00:11:07as does he who spends his wealth only to be seen by people and does not believe in Allah and the Last Day.
00:11:15The example of his spending is that of a rock with a thin coating of earth upon it.
00:11:20When a heavy rain smites it, the earth is washed away, leaving the rock bare.
00:11:26Such people derive no gain from their acts of charity. Allah does not set the deniers of the truth on the right way.
00:11:34And the likeness of those who spend their wealth in search of the pleasure of Allah and as proof of themselves is like that of a garden in which a thunderbolt strikes it, and it gives its fruit in two parts.
00:11:53And if a thunderbolt does not strike it, then Allah is far away, seeing what you do.
00:12:01The example of those who spend their wealth single-mindedly to please Allah is that of a garden on a high ground.
00:12:09If a heavy rain smites it, it brings forth its fruits twofold.
00:12:13And if there is no heavy rain, even a light shower suffices it. Allah sees all that you do.
00:12:31The example of those who spend their wealth in search of the pleasure of Allah and as proof of themselves is like that of a garden in which a thunderbolt strikes it, and it gives its fruit in two parts.
00:12:43And if a heavy rain smites it, then Allah is far away, seeing what you do.
00:12:56Would any of you desire that he should have a garden of palms and vines with rivers flowing beneath it, a garden in which he has every manner of fruit, and that it should then be struck by a fiery whirlwind and be utterly burnt down at a time when old age has overtaken him and his offspring are still too small to look after their affairs?
00:13:20Thus does Allah make his teachings clear to you that you may reflect.
00:13:25O you who have believed! Spend out of the good things which you have earned and of what We have brought forth for you from the earth, and spend not out of what is bad. And you are not going to take it except that you die therein. And know that Allah is Rich, Praiseworthy.
00:13:55Believers, spend in the way of Allah out of the good things you have earned and out of what We have produced for you from the earth. And choose not for your spending the bad things, such as you yourselves would not accept, or accept only by overlooking its defects. Know well that Allah is All-Munificent, Most Praiseworthy.
00:14:18Satan threatens you with poverty and commands you to commit indecency, whereas Allah promises you His forgiveness and bounty. Allah is All-Munificent, All-Knowing.
00:14:46He grants wisdom to those whom He wills, and whoever is granted wisdom has indeed been granted much good. Yet, none except people of understanding take heed.
00:15:13And whatever you spend or vow to spend, Allah knows. And the wrongdoers have none to succour them.
00:15:36If you spend in charity, then it is good for you. And if you conceal it and give it to the poor, then it is good for you. And Allah forgives you of your sins because of what you do. He is All-Aware.
00:16:06And Allah is Well-Aware of all that you do.
00:16:37You are not responsible for setting these people on the right way. Allah sets on the right way whomsoever He wills. Whatever wealth you spend in charity is to your own benefit, for you spend merely to please Allah. So, whatever you spend in charity will be repaid to you in full, and you shall not be wronged.
00:17:01For the poor who have been gathered in the way of Allah, they cannot go west in the land. The ignorant will think that they are richer than the poor. You will recognize them by their marks. They will not ask people for alms.
00:17:24And whatever you spend in charity, Allah knows it well.
00:17:54Those who spend their wealth by night and by day, secretly and publicly, will find that their wealth will be spent in charity, and Allah will know of it.
00:18:17Those who spend their wealth by night and by day, secretly and publicly, will find that their reward is secure with their Lord, and that there is no reason for them to entertain any fear or grief.
00:18:47Allah has made the trade lawful, and He has made the interest lawful. Whoever receives a lesson from his Lord, and he finishes it, he will have what he had in the past. His command is to Allah, and whoever returns, they will be the inhabitants of the Fire, and they will abide therein.
00:19:17Seized in this state, they say, buying and selling is but a kind of interest, even though Allah has made buying and selling lawful, and interest unlawful. Hence, he who receives this admonition from his Lord, and then gives up dealing in interest, may keep his previous gains, and it will be for Allah to judge him. As for those who revert to it, they are the people of the Fire, and in it shall they abide.
00:19:47Allah destroys interest, and He increases charity, and Allah does not love any ungrateful disbeliever.
00:19:54Allah deprives interest of all blessing, whereas He blesses charity with growth. Allah loves none who is ungrateful, and persists in sin.
00:20:24Truly, the reward of those who believe and do righteous deeds, and establish prayer, and pay zakah, is with their Lord. They have no reason to entertain any fear or grief.
00:20:37O you who have believed, fear Allah, and give up all remaining interest, if you are believers.
00:20:50Believers, have fear of Allah, and give up all outstanding interest, if you do truly believe.
00:20:57But if you fail to do so, then be warned of war from Allah and His Messenger. If you repent even now, you have the right of the return of your capital. Neither will you do wrong, nor will you be wronged.
00:21:25But if the debtor is in a straitened circumstance, let him have respite until the time of ease, and whatever you remit by way of charity is better for you, if only you know.
00:21:49And fear a Day when you will be returned to Allah, and every human being shall be fully repaid for whatever good or evil he has done, and none shall be wronged.
00:22:13O you who have believed, if you are in debt for a term appointed, then write it down.
00:22:25And let a scribe write between you in justice, and let not a scribe refuse to write as Allah has taught him, so let him write.
00:22:34And let the one who has the right to do so have respite, and let him fear Allah, his Lord, and let him not deviate from it at all.
00:22:42But if the one who has the right to do so is foolish or weak or is unable to deviate from it, then let him deviate, and let him deviate in justice.
00:22:56And take two witnesses from among your men, and if they are not two men, then take a man and two women from among the witnesses, lest one of them should go astray, and one of them should remind the other.
00:23:16And let not the witnesses refuse when they are called upon, and let them not be afraid to write it down, whether small or large, for a term appointed.
00:23:29That is most just in the sight of Allah, and most just in the sight of the witness, and it is better that you do not doubt, except that it be a trade that you do between yourselves, and there is no blame upon you that you do not write it down.
00:23:53And bear witness when you make a pledge of allegiance, and let not a writer or a witness avoid it. And if you do, then it is disobedience to you, and fear Allah, and Allah will teach you, and Allah is Knowing of all things.
00:24:23Write it down, between you, justly, and the scribe may not refuse to write it down, according to what Allah has taught him. So let him write, and let the debtor dictate, and let him fear Allah, his Lord, and curtail no part of it, if the debtor be feeble-minded, weak, or incapable of dictating.
00:24:44Let his guardian dictate equitably, and call upon two of your men as witnesses, but if two men are not there, then let there be one man and two women as witnesses, from among those acceptable to you, so that, if one of the two women should fail to remember, the other might remind her.
00:25:03Let not the witnesses refuse when they are summoned to give evidence. Do not show slackness in writing down the transaction, whether small or large, along with the term of its payment. That is fairest in the sight of Allah. It is best for testimony, and is more likely to exclude all doubts.
00:25:24If it be a matter of buying and selling on the spot, it is not blameworthy if you do not write it down, but do take witnesses when you settle commercial transactions with one another, and the scribe or the witness may be done no harm. It will be sinful if you do so. Beware of the wrath of Allah. He teaches you the right way, and has full knowledge of everything.
00:25:49And if you are on a journey and do not find a scribe, then there is a guarantee that you will be accepted. But if some of you trust one another, then let the one whom you trust do justice, and let him fear Allah, his Lord, and do not conceal the testimony. And whoever conceals it, indeed, his heart is a sinner, and Allah is Knowing of what you do.
00:26:19And if you are on a journey and do not find a scribe to write the document, then resort to taking pledges in hand. But if any of you trusts another, let him who is trusted fulfill the trust, and fear Allah, his Lord, and do not conceal what you have witnessed, for whoever conceals it, his heart is sinful. Allah has full knowledge of all that you do.
00:26:43To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And if you reveal what is in yourselves or conceal it, Allah will hold you accountable for it. So He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And Allah is Able to do all things.

00:27:43The Messenger believes, and so do the believers, in the guidance sent down upon him from his Lord. Each of them believes in Allah, and in his angels, and in his books, and in his messengers. They say, We make no distinction between any of his messengers. We hear and obey.
00:28:11Our Lord, grant us Your forgiveness. To You we are destined to return.

00:29:12Believers, pray thus to your Lord. Our Lord, take us not to task if we forget or commit mistakes. Our Lord, lay not on us a burden such as You laid on those gone before us.
00:29:26Our Lord, lay not on us burdens which we do not have the power to bear, and overlook our faults, and forgive us, and have mercy upon us. You are our Guardian, so grant us victory against the unbelieving folk.
00:29:42In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
00:29:52Alif Lam Mim
00:30:00Allah, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting, Who sustains the entire order of the universe. There is no God but He.
00:30:15He has revealed this book to you, setting forth the truth and confirming the earlier books, and He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.
00:30:35Before that, for the guidance of mankind, and He has also revealed the criterion to distinguish the truth from falsehood.
00:31:01A severe chastisement lies in store for those who deny the signs of Allah. Allah is Almighty. He is the Lord of Retribution.
00:31:11Nothing in the earth and in the heavens is hidden from Allah.
00:31:34It is He who fashions you in the wombs as He wills. There is no God but He, the Almighty, the All-Wise.
00:31:43It is He who has sent down to you the Book, from which are clear signs. They are the mother of the Book, and others are like it.
00:31:56As for those in whose hearts is disturbance, they follow that which is similar to it, seeking trial and seeking its interpretation.
00:32:10Only Allah and those who are firm in knowledge know its interpretation. They say,
00:32:17We have all believed in it from our Lord. Only those with understanding remember it.
00:32:30He it is who has revealed the Book to you. Among them there are absolutely clear and lucid verses, and these are the core of the Book.
00:32:39Others are ambiguous. Those in whose hearts there is a perversity go about the part that is ambiguous, seeking mischief and seeking to arrive at its meaning arbitrarily,
00:32:51although none knows their true meaning but Allah. But those firmly rooted in knowledge say,
00:32:59We believe in it. It is all from our Lord alone. No one derives true admonition from anything except the people of understanding.
00:33:08O our Lord, do not destroy our hearts after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from Yourself. You are the Bestower.
00:33:19They pray to Allah, Our Lord, do not let our hearts swerve towards the crookedness after You have guided us to the right way,
00:33:27and bestow upon us Your mercy, for You are the Munificent Giver.
00:33:31Our Lord, one day You will surely gather all mankind together, a day about the coming of which there is no doubt. Surely Allah never goes against His promise.
00:33:54As for the unbelievers, neither their wealth nor their offspring will avail them in the least against Allah. They shall be the fuel of the fire.
00:34:19To them shall happen the like of what happened to the people of Pharaoh and those before them.

00:36:36are the enjoyments in the life of this world, but with Allah lies a goodly abode to return to.
00:37:06Say, shall I tell you of things better than these?
00:37:13For the God-fearing there are with their Lord gardens beneath which rivers flow.
00:37:18There they will abide forever, will have spouses of stainless purity as companions, and will
00:37:24enjoy the good pleasure of Allah.
00:37:27Allah thoroughly observes His servants.
00:37:41These are the ones who pray, Our Lord, we do indeed believe, so forgive us our sins
00:37:47and keep us safe from the chastisement of the fire.
00:38:01People who are steadfast, truthful, obedient, spend in the way of Allah, and implore Allah's
00:38:07forgiveness before daybreak.
00:38:27Allah Himself bears witness that there is no God but He, and likewise do the angels
00:38:33and those possessed of knowledge bear witness in truth and justice that there is no God
00:38:39but He, the Almighty, the All-Wise.
00:39:04The true religion with Allah is Islam.
00:39:09The people of the book adopted many different ways rather than follow the true way of Islam,
00:39:15even after the knowledge of truth had reached them, and this merely to commit excesses against
00:39:21one another.
00:39:22Let him who refuses to follow the ordinances and directives of Allah know that Allah is
00:39:28swift in His reckoning.
00:39:33But if they remonstrate with you, tell them, I have submitted my whole being to Allah,
00:40:01and so have those who follow me.
00:40:03And ask the people of the book, as well as those who follow no heavenly scripture, have
00:40:08you also submitted to Allah?
00:40:11If they have submitted to Him, they are indeed on the right way, but if they turn away from
00:40:16submitting to Allah, then your duty is merely to deliver the message.
00:40:22Allah observes the affairs of His servants.
00:40:46Give those who refuse to follow the directives of Allah, who unjustly slay the prophets and
00:40:52slay those who enjoy injustice, the glad tidings of a grievous chastisement.
00:41:09These are the people whose works have gone to waste, both in this world and in the world
00:41:15to come.
00:41:16They have none to come to their help.
00:41:37Have you not noticed those who were given a portion of the book?
00:41:41Whenever their learned men are summoned to the book of Allah to judge the differences
00:41:45among them, a party of them turns away in aversion.
00:42:08This is because they say, the fire of hell shall not touch us, except for a limited number
00:42:14of days.
00:42:15The false beliefs which they have forged have deluded them in their faith.
00:42:31How then will they fare when we shall gather them all together to witness the day, about
00:42:36the coming of which there is no doubt, and when every human being shall be paid in full
00:42:42for what he has done, and none shall be wronged?
00:43:12Say, O Allah, Lord of all dominion, You bestow dominion on whomever You please, and take
00:43:22away dominion from whomever You please, and You exalt whom You please, and abase whom
00:43:29You please.
00:43:30In Your hand is all good.
00:43:32Surely You are all-powerful.
00:43:55You cause the night to pass into the day, and the day to pass into the night.
00:44:01You bring forth the living out of the dead, and You bring the dead out of the living,
00:44:06and You grant livelihood to whomever You will, beyond all reckoning.
00:44:31The believers may not take the unbelievers for their allies in preference to the believers.
00:44:41Whoever does this has nothing to do with Allah unless he does so in order to protect himself
00:44:48from their wrongdoing.
00:44:50Allah warns you to beware of him, for to Allah is the ultimate return.
00:44:55Say, Whether you conceal what is in your hearts or disclose it, Allah knows it.
00:45:18Allah knows all that is in the heavens and in the earth, and He has power over everything.
00:45:23The
00:45:46day is approaching when every soul shall find itself confronted with whatever good
00:45:51it has done, and whatever evil it has wrought.
00:45:55It will then wish that there be a wide space between it and the day.
00:45:59Allah warns you to beware of him.
00:46:02He is most tender towards His servants.
00:46:06O Messenger, tell people, If you indeed love Allah, follow me, and Allah will love you,
00:46:25and will forgive you your sins.
00:46:27Allah is all-forgiving, all-compassionate.
00:46:30Say, Obey Allah and obey the Messenger.
00:46:44If they turn away from this, then know that Allah does not love those who refuse to obey
00:46:50Him and His Messenger.
00:47:18Allah is all-hearing, all-knowing.
00:47:42He also heard when Imran's woman said, O Lord, behold, unto You do I vow that the child
00:47:49in my womb is to be devoted to Your exclusive service.
00:47:54Accept it then from me.
00:47:55Surely, You alone are all-hearing, all-knowing.
00:47:58But
00:48:24when she gave birth to a female child, she said, O Lord, I have given birth to a female.
00:48:32And Allah knew full well what she had given birth to.
00:48:35And a male is not the same as a female.
00:48:38I have named her Mary, and commit her and her offspring to You for protection from Satan,

00:51:05Zechariah exclaimed,
00:51:07My Lord, how shall I have a son when old age has overtaken me,
00:51:11and my wife is barren?
00:51:13He said, Thus shall it be.
00:51:16Allah does what He wills.
00:51:38Zechariah said,
00:51:39O my Lord, appoint a sign for me.
00:51:42The angel said,
00:51:43The sign for you shall be
00:51:45that you shall not speak to people for three days,
00:51:48except by gesture.
00:51:50Remember your Lord,
00:51:51and extol His glory by night and by day.
00:52:07Then came the time when the angel said,
00:52:09O Mary, behold, Allah has chosen you,
00:52:13and has made you pure,
00:52:15and has exalted you above all the women in the world.
00:52:26O Mary, remain devout to your Lord,
00:52:29and prostrate yourself in worship,
00:52:31and bow down with those who bow down before Him.
00:52:37We reveal to you the news of the unseen,
00:52:41and you were not with them when they cast their pens.
00:52:45Which of them will protect Mary?
00:52:48And you were not with them when they disputed.
00:53:07And you were not with them when they disputed about it.
00:53:31And when the angel said,
00:53:33O Mary, Allah gives you the glad tidings
00:53:36of a command from Him.
00:53:38His name shall be Messiah, Jesus,
00:53:41the son of Mary.
00:53:43He shall be highly honored in this world,
00:53:45and in the next,
00:53:47and shall be one of those near station to Allah.
00:53:56And he shall speak to people in the cradle,
00:53:59and also later, when he grows to maturity,
00:54:02and shall indeed be among the righteous.
00:54:06And how shall I have a son when no man has touched me?
00:54:11He said, Thus does Allah create what He wills.
00:54:16When He has established a command,
00:54:18He only says to it, Be, and it is.
00:54:23She said, O my Lord,
00:54:25how shall I have a son when no man has ever touched me?
00:54:29The angel answered, Thus shall it be.
00:54:32Allah creates whatever He wills.
00:54:35When He decides something,
00:54:37He merely says, Be, and it is.
00:54:47And He will teach him the Book,
00:54:49the Wisdom, the Torah, the Gospel.
00:55:06And He will teach him the Book,
00:55:08the Wisdom, the Torah, the Gospel.
00:55:36And He will be a messenger to the children of Israel.
00:55:40And when He came to them, He said,
00:55:42I have come to you with a sign from your Lord.
00:55:45I will make for you from clay the likeness of a bird,
00:55:49and then I will breathe into it,
00:55:51and by the leave of Allah, it will become a bird.
00:55:55I will also heal the blind and the leper,
00:55:58and by the leave of Allah, I will bring the dead to life.
00:56:02I will also inform you of what things you eat
00:56:05and what you treasure up in your houses.
00:56:08Surely, this is a sign for you if you are true believers.
00:56:14And I have come to confirm the truth
00:56:16of whatever there still remains of the Torah,
00:56:19and to make lawful to you some of the things
00:56:22which had been forbidden to you.
00:56:24I have come to you with a sign from your Lord.
00:56:27I will make for you from clay the likeness of a bird,
00:56:30and then I will breathe into it,
00:56:32and by the leave of Allah, it will become a bird.
00:56:35I will make for you from clay the likeness of a bird,

00:56:41I have come to you with a sign from your Lord,
00:56:44so have fear of Allah and obey me.
00:56:55Surely, Allah is my Lord and your Lord,
00:56:59so serve Him alone.
00:57:01This is the straight way.
00:57:12And when Jesus perceived their learning towards unbelief,
00:57:15he asked,
00:57:16Who will be my helpers in the way of Allah?
00:57:19The disciples said,
00:57:20We are the helpers of Allah.
00:57:22We believe in Allah,
00:57:24and be our witness that we have submitted ourselves
00:57:27exclusively to Allah.
00:57:29Our Lord!
00:57:31We believe in Allah,
00:57:33and we have submitted ourselves exclusively to Allah.
00:57:37Our Lord!
00:57:38We believe in the commandment you have revealed,
00:57:41and we obey the messenger.
00:57:43Make us then one of those who bear witness to the truth.
00:57:52Then they schemed against him,
00:57:54and he said,
00:57:55I will make for you from clay the likeness of a bird,
00:57:58and by the leave of Allah, it will become a bird.
00:58:01I will make for you from clay the likeness of a bird,
00:58:05Then they schemed against the Messiah,
00:58:08and Allah countered their schemes by schemes of His own.
00:58:12Allah is the best of schemers.
00:58:35And it was part of his scheme when Allah said,
00:58:38O Jesus!
00:58:39I will recall you, and raise you up to Me,
00:58:42and will purify you of the company of those who disbelieve,
00:58:46and will set your followers above the unbelievers
00:58:49till the Day of Resurrection.
00:58:51Then to Me shall all of you return,
00:58:53and I shall judge between you
00:58:55regarding whatever you defer to Me.
00:58:58Then to Me shall all of you return,
00:59:00and I shall judge between you
00:59:02regarding whatever you deferred among yourselves.
00:59:19As for those who disbelieved,
00:59:21I shall inflict a terrible chastisement on them
00:59:24in this world and in the next,
00:59:27and they shall find none to help them.
00:59:40But those who believe and do righteous deeds,
00:59:43He will reward them in full.
00:59:45Allah does not love the unjust.
00:59:48That is what We recite to you of the signs and the wise admonition.
00:59:59Surely the likeness of Jesus with Allah
01:00:02is like the likeness of Adam.
01:00:04He created him from dust,
01:00:06then said to him,
01:00:08Be, and it is.
01:00:18This is the truth from your Lord.
01:00:20Be not then among those who doubt.
01:00:48And the women and the women,
01:00:51and the women and the women,
01:00:53and the women and the women,
01:00:55and the women and the women,
01:00:57and the women and the women,
01:00:59and then We test them,
01:01:01and We put the curse of Allah
01:01:03upon the liars.
01:01:05Tell whoever disputes with you on this matter,
01:01:08after true knowledge has come to you,
01:01:11Come, let Us summon our sons,
01:01:13and your sons,
01:01:15women and your women and ourselves and yourselves and then let us pray
01:01:21together and invoke the curse of Allah on those who lie.
01:01:37This is the true story. There's no God but Allah and assuredly Allah is
01:01:43Almighty, All-Wise.
01:01:53And if they turn their backs, truly Allah knows those who cause mischief.
01:02:13Say, people of the book, come to a word common between us and you, that we shall serve none but Allah, and shall associate none with him in his divinity, and that some of us will not take others as lords other than Allah.
01:02:42And if they turn away from accepting this call, tell them, bear witness that we are the ones who have submitted ourselves exclusively to Allah.
01:02:53O People of the Book, why do you argue about Abraham and what the Torah and the Gospel have revealed?
01:03:11People of the book, why do you dispute with us about Abraham, even though the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed until after his time?
01:03:21Do you not understand?
01:03:23Why do you argue about that which you have no knowledge of? Allah knows and you do not know.
01:03:45Behold, you are those who have severely disputed concerning matters of which you have knowledge. Why are you now disputing concerning matters that you know nothing about? Allah knows it, whereas you do not know.
01:04:00Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian. He was a Muslim, wholly devoted to God, and he certainly was not amongst those who associate others with Allah in his divinity.
01:04:26Surely, the people who have the best claim to affiliation with Abraham are those who followed him in the past, and presently this prophet, and those who believe in him. Allah is the guardian of those who truly believe.
01:04:56A party of the people of the book would fain lead you astray, whereas in truth they lead none astray except themselves, but that they do not realize it.
01:05:21People of the book, why do you reject the signs of Allah, even though you yourselves witness them?
01:05:47People of the book, why do you confound the truth with falsehood, and why do you conceal the truth knowingly?
01:06:12A party of the people of the book said, Believe in the morning what has been revealed to those who believe, and then deny it in the evening, that they may retract from their faith.

01:06:52People of the book also say among themselves, Do not follow anyone except him who follows your faith. Say, Surely true guidance is Allah's.
01:07:02It is his favor that anyone should be given the like of what you've been given in the past, and that others should have been given firm evidence to proffer against you before your Lord.
01:07:13Say, Surely bounty is in the hand of Allah. He gives it to whom He wills. Allah is all-embracing, all-knowing.
01:07:24He singles out for His mercy whomever He wills. Allah is possessed of abounding bounty.
01:07:39And among the people of the book are those who, if you believe in them with a penny, will give it to you, and among them are those who, if you believe in them with a dinar, will give it to you, except as long as you stand firm on it.
01:07:58That is because they say, There is no way for us in the Ummah.
01:08:04There are some among the people of the book who will restore you even if you were to entrust a treasure of gold, and among them are also others who, were you to entrust one gold piece, will not restore it unless you stand over them.
01:08:26That is because they say, We will not be taken to task for whatever we may do to non-Jews, Ummis. Thus they falsely fix a lie upon Allah, and do so wittingly.
01:08:39But Allah loves only those who fulfil their covenant and fear Allah. Truly, Allah loves the God-fearing.
01:08:56Indeed, those who buy with the covenant of Allah and their oaths a small price, those will have no creation in the Hereafter, nor will Allah speak to them, nor will He look to them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them, and they will have a painful punishment.
01:09:23There shall be no share in the life to come for those who sell away the covenant of Allah and their oaths for a trivial gain. On the Day of Resurrection, Allah will neither address them, nor look at them, nor will He purify them. A grievous chastisement awaits them.
01:09:41And indeed, among them is a group who use their tongues in the Book, that you may think it is of the Book, but it is not of the Book. And they say, It is from Allah, but it is not from Allah. And they speak a lie against Allah, and they know.
01:10:03There is a party among them who twist their tongues while reciting the Book, to make you think that it is part of the Book, when in fact it is not. They say, It is from Allah, when in fact it is not from Allah. They falsely fix a lie upon Allah, and do so wittingly.
01:10:23It is not for a human being that Allah should give him the Book, and judgment, and prophethood. Then he says to the people, Be servants to me besides Allah, but be worshippers of adornment.

01:12:28Then Allah asked, Do you agree and accept to take up the burden of the covenant? They answered, We agree. He said, Then bear witness, and I will be with you among the witnesses.
01:12:41Then whosoever shall turn away from this covenant, they are the transgressors.
01:12:55Do they now seek a religion other than that prescribed by Allah? And this, despite all that is in the heavens and the earth, is in submission to Him, willingly or unwillingly? And to Him all shall return.
01:13:23Say, We believe in Allah, and what has been revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham, and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the ancestors, and what was given to Moses, and Jesus, and the prophets, from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims to Him.

01:14:13And whosoever seeks a religion other than Islam, he shall not be accepted from it, and he shall be among the losers in the life to come.
01:14:36How can Allah guide a people who once believed, and after they had received clear signs, and affirmed that the Messenger was a true one, they lapsed into disbelief? Allah does not guide the wrongdoers.
01:15:06The recompense for their wrongdoing is that the curse of Allah, and of the angels, and of all men, shall be upon them. Thus shall they abide. Neither shall their chances of resurrection be lessened.
01:15:36Nor shall their chastisement be lightened. Nor shall they be granted any respite.
01:15:41Except for those who repent, and then make amends. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
01:15:50But for those who repent and mend their ways, Allah is indeed Most Forgiving, Most Compassionate.
01:15:57Those who disbelieved after having believed, and then hardened in their disbelief, their pretense to repentance shall not be accepted. Such have utterly gone astray.
01:16:23Truly, those who embraced unbelief and died as unbelievers, not even the whole earth full of gold, will be saved.
01:16:53For such, there is painful chastisement, and none shall come to their help.
