Russia and China hold live naval drill near Japan
Russian and Chinese warships have practised various maneuvers during Ocean-2024 drills in the Sea of Japan, the Russian Defence Ministry reported on Thursday (September 12).

The training program included anti-aircraft, anti-submarine and anti-mine defence exercises, as well as repelling mock attacks by high-speed sea drones.

The warships of the Russian Pacific Fleet destroyed a missile target mimicking an "enemy's" attack on friendly forces and performed torpedo launches aimed at "enemy's" submarines.
