00:00The former governor of Palawan, Joel Reyes, has resigned from the National Bureau of Investigation.
00:07He is the so-called brain behind the death of the journalist and environmentalist Dr. Jerry Ortega in Puerto Princesa City in 2011.
00:17This was confirmed by the Presidential Task Force on Media Security.
00:22And it was said that Reyes surrendered himself in the office of the NBI.
00:27According to the Department of Justice, Reyes has been in hospital confinement for a long time, which is the reason for his surrender.
