01:14If there is a physical abuse or rape that will happen to the child, they will video or live stream it.

01:21And this is what they sell online.

01:24He has three channels. And in each channel, he has 30,000 subscribers.

01:30He is facing a lot of cases like rape, online sexual exploitation of children, and human trafficking.

01:38Earlier, he was interrupted by DILG and PNP in a press conference.

01:42But his face was covered and he did not speak.

01:46He is profiling children.

01:48Children who are loners, children who are smart.

01:53Think about it, 9 years old, 10, 11 years old.

01:56He is really a bully.

01:58He is really a bully in his prison.

02:01From June 2023 to February 2024, there was a rescue.

02:07And we rescued almost 30 children.

02:10This is a large-scale violation.

02:14Because there are seven of them here.

02:34We have an agreement with the UAE that they will help us build our own internet capability.
