00:26The truth is, in order to understand what an action verb is, you have to understand what a noun is.
00:35Remember, a noun is a person, place, or thing. A person like a teacher, a place like a gas station, or a thing like an alarm clock.

00:54Okay, so what is an action verb? Well, action verbs are words that tell you what nouns do.
