00:34and the worst rated is Manchester Terminal 3, which scored 37%. Scores were calculated
00:42by which, where 5,000 members were asked to rate airports across 11 categories, including
00:48seating, staff, toilets and queues. A customer score was calculated based on a combination
00:54of overall satisfaction and likeliness to recommend.
