00:00Consumer Researcher, which has revealed a new report based on a survey on the best and
00:05worst airports in the UK. The UK's lowest rated airport in the survey was reported to
00:11have long security queues, inadequate seating and rude staff members, whilst the best airport,
00:17in contrast, received five star ratings for its queues at Bagdrop, as well as its staff.
00:23Now the survey, which received almost 5,000 responses, found that it was Liverpool John
00:29Lennon Airport, which received the highest customer satisfaction rate of 81%. It was
00:35Manchester Airport, which was rated the worst overall, receiving 37-40% customer satisfaction
00:41ratings, nearly half of that of the former. Some passengers who struggled with long walks
00:46complained that Manchester Airport travellators have been broken since 2021. Other passengers
00:52complained about the difficulties of finding a seat. The other top rated airports included
00:57London City Airport, with an 80% customer satisfaction rating, followed by Norwich,
01:02Exeter and Southampton Air.
