00:04by the newly appointed officials of the National Youth Commission
00:07whose chairperson is Josef Francisco Ortega
00:10and Commissioner-at-Large Carl Josef Legaspi.

00:16Ortega's appointment is part of the effort of the administration
00:20to empower Filipino youth
00:23and ensure that they will have a voice in the government.
00:26Because of his background in tourism and youth advocacy,
