Back to School uniform: Are branded uniforms necessary?

00:06In some ways, yes, because then you can discriminate where the children are from

00:11if they're causing any problems in the streets anywhere. But I do think they need to lower the

00:16prices because the prices are ridiculous. Our granddaughter has just gone to high school

00:21and the price they've had to pay for a blazer, a tie, a jumper and everything,

00:26and it's all got to me. But they do need to lower the prices, I think, for everyday people.

00:32What do you think about branded school uniforms? Are they necessary?

00:38I think school uniforms are a really horrible thing.

00:45Do you think branded school uniforms should be scrapped?

00:48Yes, yes, the kids should wear what they want. I never worry about how it's going.
