00:07said today. He added that the National Carriers Board, Kasana Nasional Berhad and the government
00:13are dedicated to doing so by any reasonable means. He said efforts to revive Malaysia Airlines,
00:20which has recently faced a number of operational challenges, are underway with the issue being
00:26discussed almost weekly in cabinet meetings. Recently, the Civil Aviation Authority of
00:32Malaysia reduced the validity of Malaysia Airlines' Air Operator Certificate from
00:37three years to one. Meanwhile, the airline's parent body, Malaysia Aviation Group,

00:49manufacturers. Its Managing Director, Isham Ismail, attributed operational challenges
00:56to global spare parts shortages and delays in engine repairs.
