00:00The Prime Minister asked for an explanation to be made.

00:05This was actually the basis from 2006-2007.

00:13It was even among the members of the Ministerial Committee,

00:16which was part of the Ministerial Committee at the time,

00:20who was the Minister of Defense, for example.

00:22He was in the Cabinet at the time and he reminded the Ministerial Committee

00:28that that was the basis that had been announced.

00:32The Minister of Religious Affairs also reminded that

00:36to this day, no ministries have received new security personnel.

00:49This meant that any ministries that had security personnel

00:56were the ones that had them.

01:01These security personnel did not touch on the basic issues

01:04in the ministries that they were placed in.

01:07Therefore, to make an accusation that security personnel

01:11were involved in the basic issues in the ministries

01:16that they were placed in,

01:18would be too far from their original goals and principles.

01:23That is, they were placed to help in terms of integrity

01:29or spiritual fulfillment in the ministries.

01:34Not to give a view on the basic issues.

01:39I can state here that the Ministry of Communications, for example,

01:42did not have the security personnel that were placed in.

01:45And there were no security personnel that, for example,

01:49tried to give a view on the basis of dual network.

01:56That did not happen at all.

01:59So, the accusations made by some of these parties

02:02should not be refuted because it is not based.

02:06The Prime Minister has also asked the Minister of Coalition

02:09and the Minister of Religious Affairs

02:12to hold a meeting with the MCC-BCHST

02:16to listen to their views and state the government's position.

02:23And it is best if such issues are dealt with properly

02:30without any misunderstanding,

02:33especially when the explanation has already been made.
