00:00It is being reported that strong winds are blowing from Baguio-Enteng that burned down MV Camila near Navotas Centennial Park.

00:09It has been 30 minutes since a boat that is anchored here in Navotas was burned down.

00:15And the Bureau of Fire Protection is checking if there are people inside that boat.

00:20Because of the strong winds in Baguio-Enteng accompanied by strong winds, the boats anchored here in Navotas are being swept away by strong waves.

00:30At first, the BFP was unable to approach to reduce the fire.

00:33Then, a tugboat approached from the side of the boat.

00:37A few more minutes later, the fire became more intense and the top of the boat was almost blown up.

00:4118 people were rescued according to the PCG Navotas substation.

00:46Two people were injured.

00:48The fire is still being investigated.

00:50Aside from MV Camila, two more boats were damaged by the strong waves in Navotas.

00:56Some parts of the dock were destroyed after the boats were swept away.

01:00A marine protest needs to be carried out.

01:03Of course, we need to talk to the people in the area and ask them to repair it immediately.

01:11The water in some parts of Navotas reached Gutter Deep earlier, but it also rose quickly.

01:16Navotas Floodgate was repaired last June.

01:20In Las Pinas, the riprap in Las Pinas-Sapote River Drive continued.

01:2510 out of 20 barangays were flooded.

01:28Around 3 a.m., the water reached Sapote Junction.

01:32Some parts of Paranaque were flooded.

01:35In Pasay, heavy winds swept away the workers.

01:40Strong winds also fell on Puno and Poste in the canton of Padre Burgos and Rojas Boulevard in Manila.

01:46Some parts of Baseco Compound were swept away.

01:49The water flowed down the road from Manila Bay.

01:53In Quezon City, where the residents of the lower parts of Rojas District were evacuated,

01:59the water reached some places.

02:01The Lumicas Evacuation Center is located in 800 residents.

02:05The water in Marikina River quickly rose due to the strong winds of the storm earlier this morning.

02:11From 15 meters before 8 a.m., the water rose to 17 meters past 9 a.m. earlier.

02:18That's why the second alarm was raised.

02:20Due to the rapid rise of the water, the vehicle could not be moved.

02:24Many residents near the river turned to the evacuation center.

02:29When the third alarm was raised, our house could be reached.

02:35At 1 p.m., the water level in Marikina River dropped to 16.5 meters.

02:40But still, 20 residents were swept away.

02:43We are talking to MMDA and DPWH to improve the water carrying capacity of our drainage system.

02:53The new normal is different now.

02:55The rainfall is very strong. It's not like before.

03:01The water reached 19.6 meters in Marikina River earlier at 9.20 a.m.

03:07That's why the water reached 10 out of 15 barangays in San Mateo, Rizal.

03:10One of the residents is afraid of leptospirosis.

03:14I'm afraid of leptospirosis.

03:17That's why I'm only going down a few barangays to buy food.

03:25DOH is advising to avoid going into the river as much as possible.

03:29If you can't avoid it, wash your body with water and soap.

03:33If you have an injury or not, consult with your doctor or health center within one to two days.
