00:00The Philippines and China are now in cahoots following the recent incident in Escoda Shoal
00:06where a Chinese vessel, the Philippine ship BRP Teresa Magbanwa, deliberately entered the harbour.

00:24The GFA said that the ship entered the so-called territory of the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines in an innocent movement.
00:35The Philippines is now studying the possibility of an arbitral complaint against China following the incident
