00:00I, on behalf of the TPM, the Minister and the Ministerial Committee,
00:05have announced the best way to distribute the schemes,
00:10and we have made some adjustments so far.
00:15Without violating our programmes or announcements,
00:23we will continue with the schemes that have been announced.
00:27However, what we are asking for now is for some reforms to be implemented immediately.
00:37The integration of agencies and departments has not yet been fulfilled.
00:45The promotion of responsibilities, which sometimes are not needed,
00:52has not yet been fully fulfilled.
00:56The reports from the heads of departments, heads of directors, and heads of units
01:02on the employment of some employees have not yet been fully fulfilled.
01:10All of this must be done because we must do the best we can.
01:18MADANI requires us to look at the framework of the development of economic development,
01:31and the welfare of the people.
01:33If we look at the problems of the people,
01:37our speed in responding to their demands,
01:42whether it is possible or not,
01:44how many procedures they must follow,
01:48all of this must be looked at in a new way.
01:53I always believe that the pace, speed, and speed of change
02:05must be consistent with the demands of the times.
02:12When I took over the position,
02:17some of the procedures have been carried out for decades.
02:22There are some that we should continue,
02:24but there are some that we need to adjust,
02:26such as the placement of priorities and so on.
02:29This is what I want you to pay attention to.
02:34You can expect that in September,
02:37there will be a major reform.
02:42I will discuss with KSN and KPPE
02:46what steps need to be taken to improve the performance that is considered good.
02:54Hopefully, Allah SWT will bless our efforts.
