00:00The government has won Php 5,000 in a fund-run event of the Civil Service Commission

00:05that gives glory to the Tinegorean Servant Heroes, Bernadette Tinoy, in Detalle.

00:14Vibrant run for the Servant Heroes.

00:17That's the program made by the Civil Service Commission.

00:21Even if the sun is not yet rising,

00:23the government employees are already filling up the Kirino Grandstand in Manila City

00:27to give support to the agency.

00:29Up to Php 20,000 were given by the government

00:32for the 3-kilometer and 5-kilometer run

00:35from different places in Metro Manila and the province.

00:39Sherwin Peter Cipona from the Anti-Red Tape Authority, or ARTA,

00:44and Emil Manguera from the Department of Budget and Management

00:47gave the importance of the event

00:50that will help the service workers far and wide.

00:53This is important for us because

00:57there are so many things to do at work.

01:00This kind of event helps for work-life balance.

01:05It's very fulfilling, physically, mentally,

01:08and it also helps for the residents.

01:12Also advocates, public service, mental health,

01:17and many more, especially for wellness.

01:19Thank you to the organizing team, to Atty. Nino Grales,

01:23because we prioritize the wellness and health of government employees.

01:27Aside from the government agencies,

01:29some students and school officials from their state universities

01:33were also present,

01:35holding hands,

01:36and running as part of the Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.

01:41We are almost 100.

01:42You can see the energy,

01:44the enthusiasm of the employees and public servants

01:47despite of the pandemic.

01:50We are here to celebrate the anniversary of the Civil Service.

01:54Along with the run of the employees

01:56in the program of the Civil Service Commission,

01:59the families of some civil servants

02:02who gave their lives for the country,
