00:00The Padres though 26 and 11 since the all-star break despite dropping two consecutive games in
00:10St. Louis against the Cardinals to end out a four-game midweek set. Tonight they continue
00:15the road trip at the Trop in Tampa with a raise a home favorite at minus 132. Seven and a half
00:21is the total. What do you like? Better pedigree pitcher on the mound is going to be coming from
00:26Tampa Bay side but that doesn't really equate to victories when your offense can only give you
00:30basically two to three a night are the expectations for the Tampa Bay Rays. You take a look at Martin
00:34Perez the crafty lefty that's been around the league for quite some time. He's been very good
00:39against left-handed batters. Struggles a little bit with righties but let's take a look at that
00:43Tampa lineup against left-handed pitching. Diaz average numbers here as the leadoff spot only 14
00:48of bats he's had against left-handed pitching over the past month. Brandon Lau 250 iso power
00:53number but a low weighted on base percentage. Dylan Carlson in the middle of that lineup's got
00:5620 at bats he's been decent but outside of those two players everybody else really struggles with
01:02left-handed pitching here and that's going to be the key indicator tonight. If we flip it over to
01:06San Diego and how they should fare at the plate well we're expecting much better conditions for
01:10them than we're just talking about Tampa Bay. Taj Bradley is decent but get this Ben his last 119
01:15batters he's faced a combined iso of 286 and a weighted on base percentage of 408. I trust the
01:20Padres way more tonight than I do the Tampa Bay Rays.
