00:06offered Peru. I have a few thoughts Joe. Can I imagine a scenario where Sheffield United

00:13a bit miffed about that first Leeds offer for Hamer because of the level it was at and maybe

00:19the potential for unsettling and also how it landed in Chris Wilder's lap like a plate of hot

00:25stew by a clumsy waiter. It has not landed well with him at all. I would imagine he's pulled that

00:31face and can I conceive a scenario where they thought right then a little bit of mind games

00:38towards the end of the window have cropped up. I could conceive it. It would not be inconceivable

00:43to me. If I was going to try and unsettle a Leeds United player would you go with Joe Piro?

00:50No. I think that takes us on to what our second hypothesis is for why this

00:59I don't know supposed or alleged cash plus player deal came to be reported and that being

01:06that in the business of transfer negotiations before an official formal approach is made

01:13there will be lots of back and forth I imagine between the two parties, between the two clubs

01:19and you know various ideas will be floated again all in an unofficial capacity and what

01:26possibly might have been discussed is that okay would X club be willing to take

01:33Y player from Z club shall we say? With W cash on top? With W cash on top yes and

01:43while it's not an official proposal it is something which is maybe put forth to test

01:48the waters again it's always a possibility that these things are discussed. It's not that they

01:52were officially proposed but yeah that could also have been something that happened and

01:59you know Sheffield United might have had a look at that and thought well you know what if they're

02:02going to in our perspective try to unsettle Gus Hamer then we're going to leak this. Again not

02:10saying that is what's happened but I think the manner in which it came out suggests that it

02:16could be a possibility that that is what happened as well.
