00:00If you've never tried chicken fried potatoes before they are way too easy and delicious not
00:04to try. Cheers! First we're just going to thinly slice some potatoes and then we're going to
00:09marinate them in a concoction of buttermilk with some simple seasoning and spices. Then to build up
00:14a nice crunchy batter we're going to grab some of that marinade and mix it into our seasoned flour
00:18so you get those gorgeous flaky bits which are going to make the potatoes extra crispy. Then
00:22fry them until they're tender in the centre and they're nice and crispy and deep golden on the
00:26outside. A dip is non-negotiable but I do also like a gherkin alongside them too and I'll pop
