01:52They need to have a knowledge of cross-functional area rather than a specific area.
01:57While making these choices, the faculty members have helped us explore various options so
02:02that we could identify our areas of strength and map these to the subjects of our choice.

02:11Through these experiences, I realized the importance of creativity and ideas in management.
02:24The PGDM-BM program at SPJ IMR offers participants immersive experiences which develop them into

02:35These range from rural internships to mentoring underprivileged children and many such initiatives
02:41that make us socially sensitive leaders.
02:45It has helped me internalize social responsibility of businesses and managers, something which
02:49a classroom could probably have never done for me.
02:52To enhance their experiential learning, all the participants travel to a global partner
02:57school in the U.S. or in Europe.
02:59Participants make industrial visits, social excursions, and network with peers at the
03:04partner school.
03:05This adds a global perspective that makes it a comprehensive and integrated experience.
