00:00A challenging 3-1 win over Yeovil Town saw Gated manager Rob Elliott pleased with his
00:05side's efforts.
00:06We got tested defensively more than we have done. We stood up to it reasonably well, could
00:10definitely do better but I think the big thing with this team is we've got goals in it. As
00:15long as we know we've always got goals in the team, we just need to make sure that we
00:17have that composure and understanding of if we get the defensive stuff right, we get our
00:21shape right and we stick to our principles, we're always going to cause problems and that
00:26was what was pleasing for me today. I thought it was just a really good game of football,
00:29genuinely enjoyable to watch. Frustrating at times but enjoyable frustration because
00:34we're getting tested and overall really pleased with the three points.
00:38Elliott then previewed the bank holiday trip to Oldham.
00:41We'll do the best we can Monday, we'll see what lads are like, see how stiff they are
00:43and we'll go again and we'll enjoy the occasion. Oldham are a massive club, good manager, good
00:48players. After two days it's going to be really tough for us, especially with the squad they've
00:52got so we'll just attack it the best we can in the Gated way and we'll see what happens
00:56from there.
00:57The Gated were held to a 1-1 draw.
