00:00There are many things that have been raised by the representatives,
00:04including land issues and the reality of the society that demands us to implement social rules.
00:14The social rules that I mean are the goal of forming a Malaysian nation that has integrity and inclusiveness,
00:28that governs the body of religion, nation and culture,
00:32as the saying goes,
00:35right thumb or left thumb, it doesn't matter.
00:41These social rules are a reflection of the change in the norms, values and practices of society
00:55and a better society that guides the people with the goal of bringing harmony
01:01to become a party that fulfills the aspirations of social justice.
01:09In this country, too much social injustice has happened, social illness.
01:16Recently, on Saturday, we heard that the murder case was only for an hour
01:23and it never occurred to us that it happened in such a large scale.
01:29In the past, if a child was lost, his parents would look for him at a friend's house.
01:36Could it be that his child ran away from home?
01:40But today, if a child is lost, where will his parents find him?
01:48This is one of the social injustices that worries us more and more.
01:55For that, we must show a new approach and also unite the people
02:04and implement the programs that the Malays and the people want to see
02:11to see UMNO as a party that is almost complete.
02:20For that, we see that the issue of crime is increasing.
02:28We want to congratulate the Malaysian police who always try to reduce the crime rate.
02:37However, that effort must be increased because the situation has changed.
02:44The issue of cyberbullying is increasing.
02:48Rajeswari Apu or Aisyah committed suicide because he couldn't stand cyberbullying.
03:01Data from STMM or MCMC up to July 10,
03:07on average, there were 10 cyberbullying cases per day.
03:13There were also physical cyberbullying cases in schools and universities.
03:22We see that 7 years ago, we were shocked by the incident of bullying a student
03:32at the National Defense University, which led to his death.
03:37And the student was a woman.
03:41That shouldn't have happened.
03:44Dato Srikarni, UPNM is below.
03:49The Minister of Defense, make sure that there is no more bullying at UPNM.
04:03What is shocking is that 20 months ago,
04:07a 17-year-old student at a vocational school in Lahadatu
04:10was about to be raped in a dormitory.
04:17Other than that, the issue of sexual misconduct,
04:23the use of drugs and alcohol is very worrisome.
04:29The age gap is increasing.
04:33The violence at home,
04:37and the frequent sexual incidents.
04:43The story of a mother and father who were raped and left their child.
04:50The story of a child who burned their parents' house.
04:54This has never happened before.
04:57Now it has.
04:59I ask the women of UMNO,
05:06let's solve this problem together.
05:10Please help and kiss the women of UMNO.
05:19In order to face this social crisis,
05:25UMNO must be at the forefront.
05:30The road accidents,
05:35fatal accidents,
05:4262% of fatal accidents,
05:48involving motorcyclists,
05:536,000 deaths per year.
06:01This is equivalent to 6 cemeteries as large as Padang Bola.
06:11In the last 10 years,
06:1560,000 deaths have occurred.
06:1860,000 cemeteries as large as Padang Bola.
06:2290% of fatal accidents involve Malay children.
06:33The mortality rate of motorcyclists is declining.
06:42Starting from our 13-year-old children who died in a motorcycle accident.
06:52On behalf of UMNO,
06:55I would like to urge the women,
06:58young men and women,
07:00to take steps to stand up
07:03to face the social crisis that I mentioned earlier.
07:09The same goes for cyberbullying,
07:13and fully physical violence.
07:14Once again, I urge you to join the campaign
07:21to stop and reduce
07:27this social crisis.
07:30The same goes for the issue of youth education.
07:38I would like to ask the women to show their love
07:44for the youth education programme.
