Umno awaits PAS membership confirmation before acting against suspended Rembia assemblyman

Umno is awaiting confirmation that suspended Rembia assemblyman Datuk Muhammad Jailani Khamis is a PAS member before taking further action, says Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh.   Speaking at a press conference during the 2024 Umno General Assembly on Thursday (Aug 22), the Melaka Umno liaison chief stated that Muhammad Jailani must provide valid proof of his PAS membership, which he claims to have joined last year.
